I would like a user to be able to modify their locale profile value without giving them visibility to the User Security section of Serraview.

The ability of a user to modify the locale value for themselves in their Profile, so as to see imperial units instead of metric units when viewing floorplans, is controlled by the 'Configuration - Security - Edit User' Secured Action. But for this action to work, the user also needs to have the 'Configuration - Security - Access' Secured Action.

But, the 'Configuration - Security - Access' Secured Action provides the user visibility, and some editing to the rest of the 'User Security' menu items. Specifically, having this Secured Action, allows the user to create new Security Roles, and assign Secured Actions to it. This would allow the user to create a new role, and can assign any Secured Actions wanted. This configuration could potentially allow full control, at least what Serraview allows the client to have, of the system, by the user modifying the Secured Actions associated with the Security Role that they currently assigned, assuming they have the 'Configuration - Security - Access' Secured Action in their current role.
