Serraview Outage/Maintenance announcements
Enhancement request to Notify users before any software updates or place a warning banner to alert users at least a week before updates, and provide published notifications on outages.

Serraview scheduled maintenance times are listed on our help site at https://support.iofficecorp.com/Serraview/Workplace_Management/About_Serraview/Product_Support/005Product_Upgrades_and_Maintenance_Windows
Serraview outages are sent via https://serraview.statuspage.io/ to subscribed users. All Serraview system administrators, reporting teams and key platform users are recommned to sign up to StatusPage for outage notifications, via the "subscribe to updates" button found at https://serraview.statuspage.io/.
