Auto-Search Function to be re-enabled after first use
When assigning a craftsperson within a work order and searching for a craftsperson code, we can see the auto search function appear and select a craftsperson from the list.
Anytime there is 2nd craftsperson added, that auto search function no longer works, and you must click the "..." to view the full list of options.
The auto-search function should still be enabled beyond just the first craftsperson added. I'm unsure if this is specific to craftspersons or other fields as well.

Archibus SmartClient application accessibility
One of our clients is currently reviewing all their Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products to ensure they meet their accessibility standards. They are committed to providing accessible solutions to all their users, in line with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.
They use the Archibus SmartClient application and are currently assessing its accessibility compliance. However, they were unable to locate a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) or any detailed accessibility documentation for the SmartClient application.
Would be great if SmartClient application has been assessed for accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards or Section 508.

Parameter for Label(s) in Space Console
While I know it can be manually adjusted, for simplicity and control in SaaS installations, it would be handy to have an application parameter that will control which Labels will show by default in the Space Console and floor plan views.
Having the layer control AbSpaceRoomInventoryBAR-SpaceConsoleDefaultLayers application parameter is great, just for the reason that the clients want to control what their users see when they pull up a floor plan.
Being able to easily mandate which Label shows up on initial load would be similarly useful.

Login process - Infomessage required, when no more licenses are available
If a user logs in to self-service (".../workplace") and there are no more licenses available at that time, the user will not receive an info message, but rather an endlessly rotating circle on a black background.
Here it is required that the user receives a meaningful message from the system.

Request Screen Button has a bad UX design
The Blue Request button is originally blanked and then when fixed, the button was created too small.

Deactivate tagging in OnSite comments
it would be nice to have a parameter to deactivate the tagging feature in comment in OnSite and the Maintenance Console.
The rational is that sometimes, Archibus is the back-end system that manages the work request.
The communication with the customer is then handled by the front end system.
In this scenario, we don't want Archibus to send emails to people for work requests.2 votes -
Make the Time Management Chart/Table more clear
I would love for the TIME MANAGEMENT - EDIT, INPUT & APPROVE page to have lines/different colours/something to distinguish the different days. Often I have to scroll down and over to get a full picture of the information and I get lost as to which day column I'm in. (Please see photo for an example) Also, having the Day/Date bar move down with you as you scroll would be ideal.

Smart Client Delete/Reallocation Pop-up Warning
There have been situations where it was in error that a floor was deleted or moved to a different building. A pop-up to confirm deletion, or even reallocation of building & floors would be ideal to avoid accidental or even confirm correct actions to be taking place.

Display Occupancy Highlight when submitting a Move via Workplace.
Many companies are utilizing Workplace for the general population to submit a Move Request. However, there isn't an Out of the Box Occupancy highlight when submitting a move via Workplace to allow the user to see what offices are available.

Improve Text/Label Formatting Issues when Assets Published from Revit SmartClient
Labels generated for assets in-line or close proximity result in overlapping text making it difficult to determine asset code. Recommend some way to customize how resulting label text is generated from Revit SmartClient (i.e. rotate or assign an offset for certain assets). Another option would be to link Revit Annotation Symbols (tags) in published views to asset label text. This option would allow users to fully customize tag/text location in a Revit view prior to publishing. Additionally, looking for any recommended workarounds until this issue can be resolved. Image attached for context.

Move Management Application Parameters
Add move application parameters (and apply the settings to the move module, obviously...)
- number of days before move request
setting a value of 10 will not allow selecting a move date earlier than 10 days (oposite of reservations and max number of days)
- hide create service request checkbox
clients dont always have service desk or bldg ops - would be nice to be able to turn that field off;
- Sync move actions status with move
if not using service requests, would be good to have option for simple action status
- sync move actions with move location
for single moves and…

Upload a video to attach to a maintenance request.
Sometimes a short video helps better identifying the nature of the problem than a picture, and thus assigning a proper priority or work team.
Of course the size/duration of the video should be restricted to avoid large files to be uploaded to the database.
Certainly useful in OnSite for technicians to better document incidents, might be also useful in the Workplace portal but with a lower priority2 votes -
Add room category and type to the SLA parameters
It would be good to be able to trigger an SLA based on the Room Category/Type.
Use Case: if the WR is located in a lab (Room Type), I want a specific SLA to be used (one that notify the Lab Manager or require some approvals, for example).

Is it possible to auto-select the “Early Morning (from 12:00am to 7:30am)” priority when the time requested falls under the 12:00am to 7:30am service window?
See uploaded file for details.

Add Division and Department at Floor, Building and Site and poss. This would allow a true mix and match at all levels for reporting. as an example the Site may be completely allocates to one department/division. except on floor of building A or even on room in building A. These can then be used as an exception instead of having to allocate division and department data to all rooms in the building.

Link CF calendar/availability to PM forecast. Currently when CF is in leave and a PM is forecast the SLA/Forecast does not look at the Calander to calculate due date. Put option in SLA to take into consideration the CF calendar eve n though the PM may be a fixed PM

Hide circultion space numbering in drawing views
Web Central Drawings to hide circulation space numbering. The numbering of circulation spaces on most floor plans is confusing for users and muddies up the drawings. This text should be removed from the floor plans.
Our circulation spaces are identified through the Room type
