It would be great is the actions were bidirectional between ARCHIBUS and MS Project, so that the Project Manager can quickly create a project summary and make revisions both ways.

I couldn't agree more with this submission. The work requests generated based on the reservation setup and cleanup are too basic. It would be ideal to define SLA's based on the room configuration type or room arrangement type, that would generate work requests to support the reservation. For example, when a reservation is submitted for a room at Building A, there must always be a work request triggered to Security to allow access to the Building. Whereas Building B has on site security and does not require the security access work request. Also, when rooms are booked after business hours in Buildings A and B, there needs to be a work request submitted to the Operations folks to program the elevators for after hours use. Using the preset work requests (setup, cleanup) and trades does not offer any value to the craft to action the work as the information contained in the description does detail the work to be completed.
