Allow to send "on screen" messages to connected users.
Sometimes due to unexpected events, we must do some quick maintenance / reset,..
The possibility to send messages to the logged-on users would really be a big plus.

In the same idea, with option to send message to all user in case of update, upgrade, news, etc.
Will be easier as make a copy paste from table . . .
