  2. Currently if you book a Hoteling desk, update your phone calendar and then cancel the booking, the phone calendar is not updated to reflect this cancellation.

  5. Treat Neighborhoods same a spaces, since employees can be assigned also to neighborhoods. Move employe from space to neighborhood, neighborhood to space, or neighborhood to neighborhood. Also then allow for bulk moves of these types.

  9. Add check-in option for all desks types in addition to hoteling desks, for employees to their primary/secondary seat and etc.
    Will allow better monitoring of utilization and reporting for the organization, and also be helpful for evacuation preparedness procedures.

  10. We would like to request a modification to our employee profile system in order to better accommodate our hot desking practices. We would like to request that the fire warden and first aid responder icons be added to individual employee profiles, rather than being assigned to specific desks.

    We believe this change will greatly improve the efficiency and safety of our workplace.   11. Currently, the app automatically cancels a booking if the user does not check in within a certain timeframe. While this feature may be helpful in some cases, it can also be frustrating for users who may need more time to arrive at the booked location.

    Therefore, we would like to request the addition of a new feature that allows admin user to set the time before which booking cannot be canceled.   12. Allowing those with a permanent/dedicated office to opt-out based on their in-office schedule. (i.e. RC has a permanent office in the 20th floor, Toronto office. She knows that she will be working from this office on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week, so she could put her office on the system for booking by others on Thursday and Friday).

  13. Create custom space types where we can link with Outlook. For example, the capability to book EV Chargers on SpaceIQ that ties into Outlook calendar. Currently there is only one option available for space type "Meeting Room"

  15. Add up and down buttons to easily move to floors within the current building selection. This would be useful for admins that work on a certain building and need to quickly go between floors instead of opening up the menu many times within a few minutes. I have attached a picture of where the buttons could be added (see the green highlighted line).

  16. Create an alert or a report that shows when all of the hoteling workstations are booked. Meaning, that when all of the hotel workstations are booked at 100% capacity for the day and there are no more open seats available, that an alert pops up indicating no availability.

  19. Ability to change a workspace type from a hoteling to primary on a known future date. The hoteling option would not be available from the future date so no hoteling bookings could be made. We change hoteling desks to primary desks but if there are hoteling bookings, it can lead to issues with moving bookings.
