Currently, the app automatically cancels a booking if the user does not check in within a certain timeframe. While this feature may be helpful in some cases, it can also be frustrating for users who may need more time to arrive at the booked location.

Therefore, we would like to request the addition of a new feature that allows admin user to set the time before which booking cannot be canceled. This way, admin user can customize the automatic cancellation based on our needs and preferences. So it can be some text field with toggle and time dropdown added to the setting page under the Check-in section.

Many users create bookings for the entire day, and as our company hours start at 08:00 AM and the check-in time is set to 1 hour, they must check in no later than 09:00 AM. However, this can be too early for some users, especially those who are used to starting work at 10-11 AM.

Therefore, we suggest the addition of a new feature that allows admin users to set a specific time before which a booking cannot be canceled. This will give admins more control over the cancellation process and allow for greater flexibility for users who may need more time to arrive at the booked location.

We believe these features will improve the user experience and make the app more user-friendly. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we look forward to seeing these features added to the app in the near future.
