Phase 1 of future meeting room scheduling is available as of Nov 10 2021. Ability to book a meeting room for future date/time from web and mobile app (filter by assets, capacity, option to cancel booking) were a part of this release.
Invite colleagues , add zoom links features are still in Analysis

We need the some kind of notifications for the Meeting Room otherwise the Meeting Room Integrations is not a solution for our company and we'll continue to use Meeting Rooms as waypoints only in SiQ.

This would be so helpful. People don't understand why they can book rooms adhoc, but not future.

Agree and adding the possibility to create a MS Teams Meeting with the room booking so that participants can utilize the Teams Meeting environment in the room

This continues to come up on a ton of calls. People want the ability to book meeting rooms in the future and not just right now.
