Customizable Booking Policy Notification and Link
Currently, our employees receive an email notification confirming their booking. However, we need to notify our users about our distinct booking policies, which can vary among offices. To achieve this, we propose the following functionality:
Customizable Policy Notification Link:
We request the ability to add a hyperlink within the booking confirmation email. This hyperlink would direct users to a page detailing the specific booking policies for their office. Each office would have the flexibility to customize the name and URL of this hyperlink to match their unique policies and needs.
Enable/Disable Functionality Per Office:
We need the capability to enable or disable this customized policy notification link on a per-office basis. Not all offices require this additional information, and we want the flexibility to tailor the user experience accordingly.
By implementing these enhancements, we aim to provide our employees with relevant booking policy information while maintaining a consistent and user-friendly booking experience.
We would like to see a link to the booking policy in the letter where the notes currently are (in case the ‘Note’ is turned off).
