  2. When booking a desk on the mobile app, one the employee selects the address and makes their preference on day/time/assets, instead of requiring them to select a floor, we would like the work flow to take the directly to a floor especially if they only have one floor to choose from.

  3. The dashboard is currently set up with pre-defined reports but I would like to request the development of dashboards to allow an organization to create and save their own unique reports.

  4. It is hard to read the desk number and name details on the plans as fonts are small and black with plans in the background also black. A contrasting colour would be easier to read.

  6. When a hotel desk is booked and later that hotel desk is changed in alignment with booking restrictions there should be a warning given either to the admin making the change to the space or the employee with the booking. Or both.

  7. I would like to add capacities to different types of seating within the office, not just desks. I would also like to have the capacities count at different rates based on the type of seating. For example: Desk = 1 seat, Phone Room = .5 seat, Pantry seating = .25. The idea is to track overall capacity on the floor to all types of seating available, not just desks. As we move forward with completely flexible seating, we need to provide employees with alternative options, and we need to be able to track and report on these options.

  8. The ability to pull a floorplan that has booked stations for that day/week marked so the cleaning crew can target their cleaning efforts to used stations daily.

  9. I would like to request the development under Multis day bookings to allow the start time selected for day 1 to remain as the start time for each subsequent day. Currently SiQ reverts all days after day 1 to whatever is the start time on the account. This issue is causing problems with the check in requirement.

  10. Ability to view employee details when an Admin books a desk for an employee. Currently, if there are employees with similar names, SiQ only displays the list of names without any indication of their function so you are blind as to who to choose. An example has been attached to this post.

  11. As an admin after I add a photo to a meeting room or desk on the floor map I want the ability to view and audit without changing my view on the web.

    Currently the only way to see this is to add "/finder" to my url.

  13. When you look in the floor plan change orders section under space updates you can see changes were made. You cannot see who made the changes or when. This should be a part of the visible audit trail. As an admin I want to know WHO made the changes and WHEN changes were made to spaces.

  15. Add a field to the Space Updates page to show who made changes to a space. When there are several Admins who have the right to make changes, it would be helpful to know who made a change to a Space Type or deleted a space.

  16. It would be helpful to have some sort of visual link that shows where employees are moving to and from. A line or arrow connecting seats would make it easy to visualize how moves will affect the current seating plan while building a move plan.

  18. Ability to create a custom usage type. I have employees coming to the office going directly to meeting rooms and have no need to book a desk. But I need them to be able to book some kind of space in order to complete the Health Check. I'd rather they not book Hotel Desks when they're going to be sitting in meeting rooms all day. This will also be a good feature for people who are coming in for Social Events.

  20. A desk needs to be able to be BOTH a shared AND a secondary seat. They are currently both usage types, for which you can only make one selection.

    The situation is such: employee X uses shared desk #1 on Mondays and shared desk #2 on Tuesdays. We need to assign Desk# 2 as a secondary desk for this employee, but cannot because you can only selected EITHER "shared" or "secondary". They should not be mutually exclusive.
