Select multiple desks and view calendar availability
Similar to scheduling assistant in Outlook, it would be helpful to be able to select multiple desks and view schedule availability throughout the day.
This would help immensely when using SiQ for scheduling/reserving shared assets such as EV chargers by quickly identifying which "desks" are available and when.4 votes -
user roles
As I understand it, currently the only way to update a users Space IQ role is manually. I would like to suggest that it be set up that this could be done automatically (through Active Directory). For example, if we would want our front-line employees to only have the View role in Space IQ but our managers to be Department Admins, if there was a way that Space IQ could accept this information through an Active Directory sync that would be helpful. It would also be helpful if the system could display what the emergency exits are on the floors and even a route from the position ordered to the exit.

Ability to track known lease increases or rent-free months
Since the lease/portfolio sections of SpaceIQ show total costs and operating costs, it would be great if we were able to program in rent-free months and known rent increase amounts - some leases have a rent table that clearly defines rent per SQFT on a schedule, so instead of having to remind myself to go into SIQ and update figures, it would be better from an administration and realistic figure standpoint to be able to put this into a table (similar to the projectiojns screen) where we could have the option to put in monthly rental & operating costs by…

Schedule
There are employees that work outside of the standard 0800 to 1700 schedule that is currently available for booking. It would be beneficial to open the entire 24 hour schedule for booking a hoteling desk so that those arriving earlier or later in the day can be assured of a desk available when they need it. This will also help to mitigate any potential conflicts regarding available space outside of the standard scheduling window noted above.

see what days have my time slot available
Enter a time slot (eg 9am to 5pm) and have the calendar display which days are available. At present I have to click on a day (or two days), adjust the time, click 'update', then repeat for the next day. It is tedious.

Our offices are only open M-Th so I'd like to know how I can remove the ability to book both desk & meeting rooms on Fridays.

Enabling a waiting list
Allowing people to sign up to a waiting list when the office is fully booked so they can be notified if a desk becomes available and either be sent a link to book or be automatically booked to that desk.

Hiding Some Assets from Hotel Desk Booking Search
I love the new functionality of users being able to search for a hotel desk with certain assets. However, there are some assets that they shouldn't be searching on, such as conference room assets (TV, VC, etc).
Can a "Hide Asset" option be made available to hide particular assets from being searchable by users?
This would allow Facilities team to continue tracking assets they are concerned with, but also only allowing relevant assets in relation to hotel desks to be viewable by our other employees.

I would like to be able to do same day, ad-hoc desk reservation, either using an app in my phone or using the iPad in the office.
