Since the lease/portfolio sections of SpaceIQ show total costs and operating costs, it would be great if we were able to program in rent-free months and known rent increase amounts - some leases have a rent table that clearly defines rent per SQFT on a schedule, so instead of having to remind myself to go into SIQ and update figures, it would be better from an administration and realistic figure standpoint to be able to put this into a table (similar to the projectiojns screen) where we could have the option to put in monthly rental & operating costs by the month so that we could reflect where months are free or where the rent is due to increase.
