  1. Support Service Provider Initiated SSO. Please can SiQ setup a site so that users can go to that directly, and get automatically redirected back to the Identity Provider for authentication, before continuing with the users request. For example https://spaceiq.com/my_company or https://my_company.spaceiq.com would re-direct back to our SSO (ADFS) service.

  3. As a viewer when I book a meeting room I want to have an email confirmation of the booking to assure me it is in the system and of the details of my booking.

  6. Allow for attachment of scripts to specific Hoteling desks that allow a default monitor configuration to be set as a script. This way, every time a user books a desk they just have to run a script to arrange the monitors in the orientation they want instead of doing it manually.

  7. Allow to book access to existing bike infrastructure. Example: When we used to go to the office (pre COVID) I used my bike for commuting and had access to the bike parking room in the garage. It would be great we could request access to the bike room when booking a desk whenever I have to show to the office.

  9. It would be valuable to have a report available to show asset information, including a listing of where assets are located (filterable by office/floor/asset type).

    Without a report that we can export, share, or print it's difficult to see where all our standing desks are, or ergo chairs, etc.

  10. Our users have no visualization if a hoteling desk has been booked. They have been asking if we (IT) can set the hoteling desk's display to a different color if the desk is taken. This will be very helpful and useful.

  11. Need the ability to create a new floorplan that shows more seats or less seats in the future scenario date planner. The ability to add the "Dots" is great but also need to be able to reflect the actual floorplan layout that will be changing as well.

  12. Request: Add the ability to turn on a prompt when an employee books a desk to ask if they have a physical badge. If the employee responds "No", an email will be sent to the team responsible for creating badges.

    Maybe have a smart option for "Never ask again" so frequent office visitors don't get asked any more.

  14. Archive for offboarded employee profiles and assets to remain accessible for offboarding processes and asset recovery upon employee exit. This would create an opportunity for our org to rely on SiQ as a source of truth for asset tracking considering our shift to a flexible work model. Assets tied to staff instead of just desks is a feature I'm assuming will serve SiQ customers better long-term as well. Right now, staff profiles and assets disappear based on integration design, which makes the current SiQ asset functionality nice, but not practically helpful when it's most crucial for our team's to utilize…

  15. We would love to be able to see the floor plans from the homepage on the app especially when you have multiple building locations. The only way to do that now is to search a person in that particular building and view the map.

  16. As an admin I want the ability to be able to edit display names on behalf of the employees without editing Human Resource Records.

  17. Change reservation time increments from 15 minutes to a half hour or an hour. Allow users to set "favorite" start/stop times for the day(s) they intend to reserve.

  18. Adding a "notes section" to each booking. Allows the user to add notes i.e. Booked on behalf of <name>.

    It would help the user keep track of their bookings specifically for admin staff that are booking on behalf of their direct reports.

  20. When not using the meeting room feature the mobile app should display appropriate messages when utilizing the app. In the search bar it states "Search for person or meeting room" when no meeting rooms can be searched for.
