Reminder regarding upcoming Desk Booking
In busy sites, individuals are making desk bookings many weeks in advance, limiting availability for others planning closer to the day. Once check-in closes, a significant number of desks are released. It would be valuable to have a reminder 48 hours prior to the booking for people to confirm their planned use of the desk, or to release it for others. This would reduce the number of on-the-day cancellations, and enable other to book a desk ahead of attending site.

Agreed - we tried to change the check in to a day before reminder but the system won't allow us. The time needs to be changeable - for example 48 hours may confuse some members, we want it to be at 3pm the day before.

Create an email and notification/pop-up for Desk Bookings Reminder for clients who do not use the desk check-in function.
