  1. Please bring back the ability to rename phases in 3.0! Previously, you were able to rename the phases to provide a description as to what is occuring/the purpose per phase which is then exported in the Move Project Summary excel file. It is very difficult to easily see what is going on in each phase i.e. which floors are being relocated in a particular phase.

  2. We have remote workers and the way we handle this issue is to have a NUS (non user of space) floor and a Unassigned floor for those people who are new hires and have not been assigned a desk or assigned as NUS.

    Is it possible to put in a logic for these virtual floors to not have a floor plan uploaded to them (prevent them to have a drop down on the floorplan upload). I've made a mistake of uploading a drawing to a retail site that only has one floor and accidentally uploaded to the NUS floor (which…

  3. Bring back the sequence number in the move summary! I.e. 1.001 to denote phase 1 move 1. The Move ID of a string of random numbers without any methodology makes it incredibly difficult to interpret and use

  4. Report 46 is a great report detailing my team stacks against each building.

    1 - Can we rebuild this report in Insights?
    2 - Can we build a stack report per building? That is, a building on the Y axis, and total workpoints per org unit in the building on the stack bar?

  5. When searching for a person to add as a Workplace Administrator to a team in 3.0, the search function doesn't provide much clarity on details of a person and two people with the same name may be indistinguishable.

    When searching for people in v2.6 there was Job Title and Org Unit provided and an additional pop-up information card that was displayed when hovering a person, the addition of something along these lines would be very helpful in searching and selecting intended people.

  6. Have small teams in your neighbourhood or on floors? It can be difficult to select the smaller teams and toggle from one team to the next is no longer supported.
    Proposed Solution: Please introduce keyboard short cuts - TAB or arrows left or right so you can easily scroll through teams on VBS.

  7. Currently, when renaming a floor, you are able to type as many characters as you like, but without any warning or error, it will only save the first 20 characters. This limitation does not apply to the Zone, which will have the completed floor name with no cap on characters.

    It would be appropriate to only allow 20 characters to be typed, or a warning to show when going above the threshold, so users do not have a floor with a half cut-off name without knowing.

  9. Currently, users can only be created one at a time, using people that are currently in the system. There should be a way to create users in bulk, maybe by using the bulk update tool.

  10. In scenario planning, the split team tool requires users to define the distribution of seats by a %. Users should be able to define this difference by whole numbers as well. For example, if I'm splitting a team of 150, and I want a group of 12, that would be 7.9% (which is something I'd have to calculate). Instead the user should be able to type in 12 to set one piece at a size of 12, and the other side size is set automatically at 150-12= 138.

  11. With insights now pushing threshold notification emails / Alerts there is a lot of requests for notifications when a floor goes over a threshold in 'near' real-time. Current architecture allows for these alerts but generally overnight or delayed. The New world post covid means businesses are setting % Utilisation Thresholds for social distancing rules and return to work plans.

    I think SVLive data is the best option for companies to do this and if we can access not just in Locator / Engage but also that Utilisation being to high on a floor to inform the admins to stop taking…

  13. In the Bulk Update tool, for Spaces entities, please add the 'Show Availability in Locator'

    This will make my job so much faster.

  14. I would like to be able to see when an asset owner has been allocated to more than one asset. For example, when allocating a locker to someone, if that employee is already listed as a current owner of another locker, the system would display a message with all of their other locker allocations.

    This was a feature of Serraview 2.66 which we found very useful and would like to have back. We have many employees utilising lockers and it can be difficult to keep track of their allocations, especially across multiple floors and buildings.

  15. It would be useful to be able to navigate around a floorplan, find storage or locker bays etc, click into them and be able to see their storage/locker/asset information. This could be done with an additional tab on the space form for space types that can have storage.

    It would be great if you could then have a link within that tab to open Storage, Lockers or Parking and view the asset. It would also be great if, from within SLP, you could do the inverse and easily get to the asset on a floorplan.

  17. The workpoint dot appears very large and they begin to overlap if there are small workpoints. See attachment for small cubes (~11 sq ft) for Ciena.
    Can this dot size be adjusted somehow for these smaller spaces?

  18. Currently, adding WAPs into the system is a manual task and requires the user to map the access point and then manually enter the name and BSSID.

    This can be time consuming and is not scalable when clients have hundreds or thousands of WAPs.

    Even if we could import the WAPs to a specific floor to allow us to then move their location on the floorplan would be great.

    Or at least add a default naming convention when mapping a WAP. At the moment when a WAP is mapped, the container has a blank name. This means that we are…

  19. Currently when you double click on a space to edit it' data, the space itself doesn't highlight its boundaries. So in the case, where a floorplan has multiple spaces with same space-types (same color), you are not able visually see, which space you are editing. A simple visual display of the shape's boundary would resolve this issue.

  20. Is it possible on the below screen shot attachment to add a column so we can see who the requester is? It would save a lot of time if this was easily viewable rather then viewing each one individually – I know we can use the search function but I feel adjusting the below is better.
