BOS Migration Manager Filter
When granting BOS Move Plan access to a Migration manager, I would like the BOS grid to be automatically filtered to show only the rows that the Migration Manager has access to.

As a planner I need to be able to identify only certain spaces on a floor that are available for specific Migration Managers to assign their team members. For large scale moves, we often have 3 or 4 Migration Managers per floor who will receive the BOS to assign their teams. When they open the BOS Move Desk Allocation tab, currently all vacant spaces are showing as Blue or available. There is no way for them to know which spaces are available to them vs other Migration Managers. There is a risk of placing their team in spaces that are allocated to a different team or not in scope for this move at all.
Some suggestions on how this could be enhanced:
• Have the ability for the Planners to ‘paint’ Migration Manager Restrictions on the ‘BOS Move Desk Allocation’ tab. Each MM would have a color and when the different MM are selected, their allocated workspaces would be identified in that color. (The color of the workpoints don’t need to change, just the workspace around those points.)
• It would be great if this could be fed from Scenario Planner!
• Destination Restrictions could be used to only allow certain space IDs to be available on the BOS (this would only be viable for small moves or we need the ability to import this data)
