True it’s not easy, but this is a really important thing to be able to establish. I’m not sure that I’ve ever supported a customer that was happy with the simple dv/dp structure. Some have just gone with it, others have accepted the customizations to make a more robust structure to better suit their needs.
One thing that’s important is to also allow reporting to be flexible to allow for “at the selected level” and for “at and Below selected level”.
A|A1|A2|A3|A4|
Sometimes you want to see A2 through A4 (or whatever your max is). Other times you really want to just see a report on level A2.In addition to this getting the roll up of all the low levels upto a defined point is frequently asked for and a little more challenging. ie a report that shows A2~A4 and B2~B4 and C2~C7 and D2~D3 if that’s how the lower lever orgs play out.

In an ideal world the browser download window/action would be automatically started if the jobs window were still open at time of completion.
Yes a nice button for Save or Download on each line would be far more friendly then needing to realize that the filename is a clickable link.

As an additional problem with the current system if there are more items than your browser size you get some very bad results with the items scrolling. Just shrink your browser to be smaller than the flyout and you'll see for yourself.

Additionally want this feature or one similar so that CAD users can do their work and link plines but not be forced to grant them access to SmartClient and it's abilities for query/updates.

I've never understood why the New Hire tab doesn't just create a new employee record when the Move is Complete. Customer goes through all the effort to use the NewHire feature and at the end they still have to manually create the employee record anyway.
