Smart Client Read Only
Smart Client Read Only - Easy role/security to allow power users to have Smart Client and AutoCAD Overlay in a 'read only' role. This would allow ad-hoc queries for users that have learned the data structure but are not editors. We would also like planners to be able to do afm highlights and query highlights in AutoCAD, but not able to edit data.

Additionally want this feature or one similar so that CAD users can do their work and link plines but not be forced to grant them access to SmartClient and it's abilities for query/updates.
