When transferring data out of Web Central, explicitly display a "Download File" button when the file generation is complete.
It is important that each feature implemented in a system like Archibus is obvious to the end user. If a system requires minimal to no training to allow an end user to perform a task, people will consider the system "user friendly" and will like to use it. This has been a challenge for the Archibus product in the past. A perfect example of this is the download link that is displayed once a file is generated in Smart Client or Web Central (see picture attached). Once the export process is complete, it is not obvious to the end user what to do to download the file, despite the wording "link will be enabled when job finishes." To this day, I have long time users of the system that I still need to train because there is no obvious "link" as described in the text.
I recommend having a download button that either appears or enables once the download is complete.

In addition - can you put the fields needed for data transfer in a hidden row and keep the ML Headings turned on - this will make it more user friendly for those downloading

In an ideal world the browser download window/action would be automatically started if the jobs window were still open at time of completion.
Yes a nice button for Save or Download on each line would be far more friendly then needing to realize that the filename is a clickable link.
