Different timeout for different license usage.
It would be nice to split the timeout duration of the ACP and PACP users.
ACP users are generally the heavy users of the system who are doing the bulk of work in the system using the big consoles for Space/Leasing/BldgOps/etc for regular reporting and edit of data. These users would benefit from a longer idle timeframe due to longer work usage in the system.
PACP users generally are quick low use users. This are the logging in just to make enter a single BldgOps ticket or make a Hotel/Room Reservation. These users rarely use the system for greater than 3 minutes and wouldn’t notice when/if a timeout even existed.
We have our PACP users login to the Workplace Portal where they can only Reserve a desk for the day or report a trouble ticket. Many of these users “forget” to logout after they’ve completed their daily desk reservation and it uses up a great number of the PACP users pool for no valid reason.
