BOMA 2017 Reporting
The current BOMA calculations are not complete for BOMA 2017. Focus on Method A, but most would carry over to Method B. Missing Inter-Building Amenity and Service Areas and Reallocated Rentable Area which are the major changes/benefits of version 2017. Vert Pen is also no longer relevant, this area should be included in Rentable Exclusions.
For Inter-Building Areas, there needs to be a new proration option. INTER for Inter-Group maybe. Then a field in the Buildings table (with a lookup table) for assigning building to different groups. Intent - if you have a fitness center in Building A that is also used by tenants of Building B & C but not D & E on the same site, the space needs to be allocated to tenants in Buildings A,B & C only not the full site. I've also seen instances where a Mechanical Room and all equipment was servicing 2 buildings on a larger site. That would be Inter-Building Service Area allocated to just those 2 building tenants.
Per a previous conversation with Fred, there was mention of how a new proration option would affect Chargebacks, but this same concept of Inter-Building Allocation should also carry through to Chargebacks.
The default Room Category/Type setup also needs to be revamped to match this method and include a Category of TENANT ANCIL as referenced in your calculations per the Help section.

Is it just me or is BOMA reporting in V25.2 that gave the ability to review between Method A and Method B is now gone and non existent? Path: Space/Space Inventory/Building Performance/Building Performance
I do understand the configuration parameters to only pick one or the other.
