  1. It is hard to read the desk number and name details on the plans as fonts are small and black with plans in the background also black. A contrasting colour would be easier to read.

  2. The ability for employees to search for hotel desks through Slack or Teams. Similar to how we can search for employees in slack where the command brings up a link that directs us to the SiQ map.
    Or, if we could select a desk and dates from within the messaging app.

    1. Add BLUE icons for ALL restroom and shower pins. Currently only one restroom pin is blue

  4. Feedback from many employees across our org, including the Senior Leadership Team, find the term "hoteling" uninviting. It makes people feel less-valued because they have to use a temporary space. (hotels are short term uncomfortable, inconvenient, not 'home', etc.)

    It would be great if we had the ability to rename hoteling stations (and hot desks) with our company's lingo. Or, the ability to make custom space types reservable (I believe currently they are seatable) would also work.

  5. Rather than have the hoteling settings configured for the entire portfolio, can we have custom settings by location?

    For example, an office in Denver may have different covid restrictions than NYC and I want the times that are available to be different for each of those.

  6. Often employees go by a different name compared to their legal (HR) name. Allowing the search by preferred name will go a long way in locating people. Not everyone knows someone's legal name or their e-mail address.

  7. When printing or making .pdf maps, it would be helpful to have a Time & Date Stamp + an identifier for what map (Now or Plan w/ date) you're printing.

  13. The ability to categorize an employee as "flex" or "hybrid" in relation to how frequently they will be coming into the office. This would allow admins to better account for and plan how they expect the space to be used.
    If this could show on the portfolio, the number of full time and hybrid employees per location.
    This would function similarly to the Remote toggle as it may be difficult for this information to be added to HR systems. It could be self selected or at least available for department level admins and up to enable for their employees.

  14. If someone does not check-in within a certain timeframe, then the meeting is automatically cancelled and open to all employees to be able to book the meeting room

    Report would show common offenders, and how frequent this is happening

  15. Currently the default for a desk booking is 15 minutes unless you change it. Numerous users forget this and end up booking the incorrect period. Can the option be changeable or not set as a default requiring the employee to have to select the time with a warning if they dont?

  16. I should be able to go to settings and set my default time slot.
    At the very least it shouldn't default back to 6am-6:15am every time I change day looking for a free desk.

  17. I love the new functionality of users being able to search for a hotel desk with certain assets. However, there are some assets that they shouldn't be searching on, such as conference room assets (TV, VC, etc).

    Can a "Hide Asset" option be made available to hide particular assets from being searchable by users?

    This would allow Facilities team to continue tracking assets they are concerned with, but also only allowing relevant assets in relation to hotel desks to be viewable by our other employees.

  19. When an employee books a hotel desk in either the web or mobile app they will then be asked if they will need a parking space booked as well.

    Parking spaces would be hotel desks assigned in parking lots.
