Allow multiple non-sequential all-day bookings
Currently you can select an all-day booking for one day or multiple days provided they occur sequentially. It's not possible to e.g. make an all-day booking for Tuesday and Thursday (other than making two separate all-day bookings).

Admins Log In As Another User
As a power user and manager of all the SIQ configurations, I often need to test out a change to ensure it's working as expected such as a desk restriction and don't always want to interrupt someone else's work to test out my change. Another use case is when I'm creating any training/documentation and need screenshots for a non-admin user.
As a functionality I have with other systems I admin, I am proposing that SiQ consider a functionality that allows us to "log in as" or mimic a user to test out configuration changes so we can better see what…

Show floor map in check-in email
Can you please provide the option to include the floor map with highlighted seat in the check-in reminder email.
When we arrive at work we don't remember what seat is what and clicking through to the website or looking at our phone app seems like an unnecessary step.

Integrating SpaceIQ with Bly Sky/BlueBox badging system
I would like to see SpaceIQ integrate with our office badging system to help eliminate having to carry a physical keycard. Where as soon as the person is outside our doors, they can check into the desk from the phone app and once they complete that process, the front door will unlock. Once they are fully checked in, they can use some kind of a repeating way to remotely badge in throughout the day.

Secondary Seat Visibility on the Mobile App
Currently the mobile app only shows employee's primary seats when searching. It would be nice if you could see employees secondary seats when searching as well.

Contact info: Phone Numbers
We have a handful of phone number situations:
- Landline and cell
- Landline only
- Cell only
- No number (main switchboard)
It would be ideal to be able to pick (or allow viewers) to pick which number(s) should be displayed on their contact card. Especially with the 'text' option in the mobile app..i silly to have that option, but only have desk phone number showing.
It would be great if you could email from web app, as you can in mobile app.

Review suggestions
Someone should review the list of suggestions listed here. There are many outdated ideas that have been implemented - these should be marked as resolved. Some ideas are 2 years old and probably aren't going to be considered - they should be marked as such.
Also, there are many duplicates, and if grouped together would have a higher vote count.
There are a lot of great ideas posted that really should be considered.

Allow individual employees see their history of bookings.

Unseated list in Floor Map
When the left drawer of unseated is clicked in floor map would be helpful to be able to search list of unseated employees, especially when list is very long, while still keeping the list visible. Or could be organized/collapsed alphabetically.

Key Field for Spaces & Employees
Add a "Keys" field to each space and employee so we can enter info about how to unlock each cube or office or which keys a person has been given

Navigation
It would be cool if a user could get directions from where they are to where they need to go, like from a cubicle to a conference room. The office I am in is huge and it would be helpful to see the best way to get to certain rooms, especially for new employees.

Expanded 'My bookings' view
When viewing your 'My bookings' list, it would be good to be able to see all information on the same screen. Currently, the specific space booked is partially hidden due to column width so when group bookings are assigned, I cannot view what space i am allocated

Desks can be blocked from booking on specific dates or booking capacity can be limited based on specific dates
Blocking some amount of desks from booking on specific dates or limiting booking capacity on specific dates might be very helpful and save a lot of admin's time - now the desks can be blocked only day by day.

Visibility of who booked a hoteling desk.

Awesome solution!
Perhaps the tables that are booked can have visibility of who booked it and times they were booked.
Right now, there seems to be a bug where tables appear booked but the are free after you click over and over again.

Remove Gallery App from Azure AD application gallery
We recommend customers use a non-gallery app in Azure AD when they create their integration but it is confusing when they search and find the gallery app. They use this one and it is limited in what it can do and sometimes fails altogether.
