  1. For the future move, we created a Plan A to change a desk from hoteling to primary seat effective 08/02. We have our future reservation set to 90 days out. Is there a way to only allow associate to make booking up until 08/01 for this seat?

  3. Color coded seats for booking are not easily distinguishable for those with colorblindness who can't determine the difference between green and gray. A different scheme such as black and white be more accessible.

  4. Color codes for seats that are available for booking vs not available are not easily identifiable for those with color blindness who can't distinguish between the green and gray. A different scheme might make this more accessible.

  5. Add Space Usage Type Filter to the Spaces report as well as Work Group to help us see how many hotel/primary seats are being used by a group.

  6. We need to give proper notice (14 days) to accounts who are using APIs that could potentially break when there is an update. Visibility into this would allow us to stay in front of changes. Can an automated report be created?

  7. To be able to drag and drop the names of the people in the Floor Plan Change Order - Employee Moves in the order that you plan to physically move people.

    This way Facilities can coordinate with IT to move folks in a specific order to ensure that people are not moving into a desk that someone is already sitting at, etc.

  8. Add Tab View so employees can see which desk are open or booked across a span of time, similar to MS Teams Shifts or when booking a flight. This will help greatly in planning their work schedule.

  9. We are creating focus rooms, that will need to be booked, but without the employee having to cancel their current desk reservation if they need to pop into a focus room for 30 minutes to an hour. So, a new usage type would be appreciated. Currently we have to allow unlimited desk bookings to enable this, which is far from ideal.

  10. Need daily health screening for all employees, not just those reserving desks that's part of check-in. Employees who come in for meetings need a health-check, and so do those who will be remote on some days.

  11. Each continent should be separated out. At current APAC, AMER, EMEA are the geo locations. Continents such as North and South America, and Africa are not included or separated within the portfolio section.

  14. Extend Projections to 10, 15 or 20 years for long term planning.
    Would be helpful when you are trying to negotiate leases that will affect your square footage requirements for longer than 5 years - Say a 10, 15 or 20 year lease.

  17. This client would like the ability to scenario plan from a remote work from home environment back to a hybrid environment where employees will be booking desks or sitting in neighborhoods as they return. Our current scenario planning tool is only great with communication on dedicated seats and does not provide much around agile seating.

  18. On Floor Map View, Addition of Specific point of interest or common area point and when clicked on them, a zoomed-in visual of site ( a Photo or 2D image ), this would help first time user to navigate on map there booking and illustrated beautiful landscape created on office space.

  19. Allow colour coding of location pins on the global map to allow the viewer to differentiate between space types e.g. co-working location, remote location, HQ office, regional HQ, local office etc. Based on current work requirements this would be a valuable enhancement to see the distribution of a company's workforce and office footprint. Thanks

  20. When you click on the question mark only the org units are displayed. It would be great if A) they can permanently be displayed and B) include shared and hot desk
