  1. Option- 1: When you click on a desk to book, the past days are grayed out.
    Option- 2 : If you click on the top option to book a desk, the past days are not grayed out.

    Maintain uniformity to avoid confusion.

  2. Create a dashboard with the list of offices and their respective location. Currently, when you log into SiQ you will be taken to the floor plan where you are assigned.
    The dashboard will give an overall perspective of the locations and allow the user to choose the required office floor plans.

  3. When in viewing something in Reports or something like Manage Employees, being able to click on the space text and going directly to the floor plan where that is instead of having to click over to the floor plan tab and manually search for that space.

  4. In the SiQ mobile app would be great to be able to search for spaces by the number/ID. We have a lot of spaces that aren't currently assigned to an employee or don't have a name associated with them. Very difficult to locate an assigned space in the mobile app. Only way to do it is through the web browser.

  5. The auto cancellation time now can be defined not earlier than in 1 hour. There would be convenient if a customer can configure this time with 15 min. step and starting from the 15 min. after the reservation time.

  6. Drastic change to how conference rooms appear:

    There is the ability to assign conference rooms to a Seat Workplace Group, but no visual queue on the floor plan after assignment. Having each room drawn as a box with a color coding based on Seat Workplace Groups, as is done with desks assigned to Seat Workplace Groups, would be a much better UX.

    Our organization is assigning conference rooms to teams, as well as groups of desks. Currently, they have no visual clue as to which rooms they can book, but can see which desks they should be seated at. This…

  7. To avoid Viewer confusion and allow for easier visibility:

    We would really like the ability to have a default View Filter enabled for all Users who get added to our system. We spend a lot of time adding Seat Workplace Groups to floor plans but most employees don't know where to turn on that view filter and giving each one instructions to enable that (or any) view filter is onerous and results in a bad experience = users less likely to engage with the system.

    Having the ability within the Admin settings to default any specific View Filter would be…

  8. When you log in on a day you have a reservation, show it. Currently I have to arrive, and then while standing in the office look at the app and navigate to see my reservations and then figure out which desk that is on the map. Just show it to me on the map, so I can arrive and sit down.

  10. The ability for admins to use attributes or values of employees (department, company, etc.) to auto provision seating. In addition, the ability to implement multiple controls for dynamic auto seat assign of end users in various "Neighborhoods" would be even more beneficial. An example would be, as a employee that works for a specific business unit, you will be auto assigned to a a permanent desk in your BU neighborhood, but because you are also part of a specific subsidiary you can hotel in that subsidiaries space as well, in addition to being able to hotel in unrestricted hotel desks.…

  14. A desk needs to be able to be BOTH a shared AND a secondary seat. They are currently both usage types, for which you can only make one selection.

    The situation is such: employee X uses shared desk #1 on Mondays and shared desk #2 on Tuesdays. We need to assign Desk# 2 as a secondary desk for this employee, but cannot because you can only selected EITHER "shared" or "secondary". They should not be mutually exclusive.

  15. I would like to be able to find members of my team on any given day shown on the floor map - the functionality would be similar to find a colleague, but it would find all members of a pre-determined group either set by the user or pre-set based on org chart.

  16. I would like to request a ticket option for 'Desk Requests' so it allows users to request site support for desks (Primary, Hoteling, Private Offices etc) through SiQ. The current ticket fields are very limited and does not provide sufficient fields to allow sufficient info to be captured.

  17. Under Location on the Portfolio section, I would like to suggest the ability to include multiple buildings under a city as currently you can only show 1city with all floors from across every building displayed. It would also be an enhanced feature to show Locations under floors. The display would be easier to navigate if the setup allowed you to show City/Building/Floors/Locations

  18. The availability of filtering categories under reports is very limited and does not allow you to select the fields. I would like to suggest combined reporting so you filter for all criteria available such as how you filter when you online shop.

  20. The ability to identify work spaces that are not used for dayshift but for evening/night/weekend shifts is important. Could a work space icon for non dayshift be denoted with a color, such as red, on the circumference? It would make it clearly visible to users.
