Add field for 'worker category' options to Employee Record
Provide customization to the available fields shown on the Employee record. We plan on identifying employees in four work categories: Virtual, Remote, No Office and OSP (outsourced) which are not related to the existing space Type options (remote or no desk needed) that SiQ includes in the employee record. We would also want to add a sortable column in the report showing this new work category.

Offer Additional Integrations with Asset Programs
Integrate existing asset management program with our SpaceIQ floor plan that assets could automatically be associated with specific seats, spaces, and staff.

Ability to check-in using the Slack integration
Currently the Slack app only allows you to search for people or desks. You also have to check in using email notifications or the mobile app. I'd love to manage my bookings or at least be able to confirm a booking through Slack.

extend session timeout
Suggestion: Extend session timeout while using SpaceIQ from a web browser.
Technical challenge: As it has been explained to me, currently: "Our session tokens expire if a user becomes idle in SiQ. If you login and leave SiQ open and don't do anything with it for a time this requires a login again. However if you remain active in SiQ while it is open this should not occur. Our development team stated that you could have SiQ open in a browser for 10 minutes and do nothing with it and it would have the same effect of having to login…

Improve the usability of SiQ navigation
Have a view for the navigation so that we're not relying solely on icons to find pages. Make it easier to find and/or search for navigation items/pages.

health screening
Ability to have setting for health screening notification hours to be entered as a free text instead of drop down.
We want the screening to be available 24 hrs before the booking the employee's booking and admin notification 23 hrs after health check is available. Currently, the drop down jumps from 12 to 24 hrs.

App Space Assets
We would like to see the "Space Assets" we have listed on our website floor plans reflected on the app. This would help our staff determine if it is the type of room they are looking for. We recently uploaded pictures to the app but additional information would make using the app even better. I noticed that "Assets" is listed on the app but it uses the "Notes" feature from the website not the actual "Space Assets".

Allow copy & paste of blocks in Map Designer
It would be very helpful & convenient to be able to move blocks from one floor to the other. As things are now, if a block was not loaded in the CAD on both floors then it won't be available to all floors.

Add option to cancel on booking reminder - 1 day out
Add a cancel booking on the email that is sent one day prior to booked desk. The cancel option is available on the email received on the day of the booking,

Extend workplace group shading and Neighborhood shading to other space types
The neighborhood shading only works on seats, not on any other space types assigned they do not get shaded. For those two test meeting room pins, I have assigned them BizDev neighborhood but they are not shaded. The pink shaded is Workplace group and that doesn't extend to the meeting room pins as well. So both neighborhood and workplace groups should be shaded for user experience.

creating alerts for bookings
Create email alerts upon hotel bookings to specific DLs. For example, those bookings done out of hours for the next day will alert HouseKeeping by email so that the desk can be prepared the next morning before staff arrival time. Creating and sending a report for this cannot be done due to out of hours.

Include set of green directional arrows in pins. Or make the colour of current pins changeable.
