  1. As a Space Planner I would like to see in a heat map of the floor which will help me see which desks are always used and never used.

    Data should have a combined view of:
    - Wired SVLive data
    - Wireless SVLive data
    - Sensor data

    Note: The report should show all the floors across our building in one report.

  2. Add unknown person multiple times to teams in Scenario Planner.
    Use case: use as a placeholder for occupancy count and get accurate ratio.

  3. Default view for Service Requests should be "show mine" as opposed to showing all. This default view should also be available on BOS and Scenario. It saves us from having to search for our "files"

  4. Give the ability to extract a PDF that is legible and clear from a custom insights floorplan created in Insights Editor. Currently the PNG format is completely un-readable and is honestly useless to extract.

  5. Make the line that's in VBS & Scenario Planner VBS underneath the floor that you can click and drag to enlarge the size of the floor, much more obvious.
    At the moment it is practically hidden unless you know it's there

  6. When searching for a person to add as a Workplace Administrator to a team in 3.0, the search function doesn't provide much clarity on details of a person and two people with the same name may be indistinguishable.

    When searching for people in v2.6 there was Job Title and Org Unit provided and an additional pop-up information card that was displayed when hovering a person, the addition of something along these lines would be very helpful in searching and selecting intended people.

  7. It would be useful to be able to navigate around a floorplan, find storage or locker bays etc, click into them and be able to see their storage/locker/asset information. This could be done with an additional tab on the space form for space types that can have storage.

    It would be great if you could then have a link within that tab to open Storage, Lockers or Parking and view the asset. It would also be great if, from within SLP, you could do the inverse and easily get to the asset on a floorplan.

  8. When sending bulk emails (adhoc or template), it would be very useful to cc in Managers (e.g. check box to 'send emails to Managers?').

    Use case: when sending emails to users for any reasons, sometimes Managers should be aware too especially if they are not in the same location as their staff.

  9. As a move planner/coordinator, it would be useful to be able to update space features in Scenario Planner VBS mode.

    Currently in 3.0, you can change the space type, but for back-to-work efforts (applying shift or phase approaches), more functionality is desired.

  11. As a Relocation Manager, as I'm planning a major move in BOS, I'd like the system to automatically mark all destination workpoints as "on hold for future move" (retention status) in BAU so that I can get a sense of what spaces really are available.

  16. The request is to allow for adding color by on other space attributes already in Serraview. Currently we are only able to add Color Bys on custom fields. This has resulted in having to add custom fields and ARIs to populate the data that already exists.

    New Color Bys:

    • Neighborhood

    • Organization Levels: ie. Level 1, Level 2, Level 3

    • Employee Organization Levels

    i.e. custom neighborhood field on spaces that populates the value with the neighborhood value.

  17. As a System Administrator or Security Auditor,
    I would like to be able to see all Secured Actions for each user on a single tab,
    So that I can more easily view access at the user-level and identify whether or not each user has appropriate permissions.

    Currently, we must find the roles associated with a user, and then go to another tab to filter by each role to find all of the associated Secured Actions.

  20. Several standard reports include an "Area" metric but is unclear what that means. Some "Area" metrics are providing Gross SF and some Usable SF but continue to say "Area". Ask to retitle the column header to understand what type of space is being captured and provided in the reports.
