I would want the ability to flag teams as such so the system wouldn't allow stacking of non-adjacent teams together in BOS, VBS, Scenario, etc. I.e. as a space planner, I add the appropriate adjacency rules to teams such as "Cannot be close specific org units or Teams" or "Cannot be close to teams flagged with another rule", etc.
