Flex Seating Business Unit Dashboard
As a Relationship Manager, I want to provide my business units with a monthly space performance dashboard.
The dashboard should show:
- what space is allocated to the BU
- how many people are assigned to that space
- what the target ratio is for that space
- what the actual ratio is for that space
- how much vacancy/opportunity there is

Import standard image file formats (.jpeg, .png) as floorplans
Client feedback logged 04/01/20:
"Ability to use image file (e.g. .jpeg, .png) for as built floor plan, space inventory management, occupancy planning, move management, space allocations/chargebacks, free address/hoteling, and utilization tracking."
Current Workaround: Serraview currently supports both AutoCAD and Revit formats for floorplan imports.

Flex Seating Capacity Dashboard
As a Space Planner I want to see a simple dashboard that shows me how much flex seating capacity I have based on the target occupancy ratios I have set.
This dashboard should show:
- #Total WPS
- #Flex WPS
- #Fixed WPS
- Target Seating Ratio (Average)
- Flex Seating Capacity (WPS * Target Seating Ratio)
- Occupancy (Assignments)
- Opportunity (Capacity less Occupancy)
- $/Person (at capacity)The dashboard should allow me to see high level numbers, the quickly drill down into particular locations.

Team seating environments requirements for planning
I want to track and see what each team's requirements are so that I can scenario plan where a team can be blocked
E.g. - Finance team requires 2 conference rooms, 3 phone booths

Import space types via excel spreadsheet - self service
Configurable space type hierarchy that can be imported via excel by an end user (through the GUI) rather than having to be placed on the drawing.

BOS: flexible approval workflow
As a move admin, I'd like the ability to define approvals for moves based on move type, location, and other parameters, so that the move execution process runs smoothly and adheres to policies in place at my workplace.
Consider typing to service workflow?

Locker - Edit Forms - Reword Future owner - to - Transferring to
As a new user Iit is easily confusing that when looking at lockers in the locker module, the transferring to, is the same field as when I am editing the locker, the field future owner. It would be easier to learn if both those fields where called the same thing.
