Clarity on "Area" metrics
Several standard reports include an "Area" metric but is unclear what that means. Some "Area" metrics are providing Gross SF and some Usable SF but continue to say "Area". Ask to retitle the column header to understand what type of space is being captured and provided in the reports.

From the different reports in Serraview, there needs to be a better definition of where the totals are from, and what they actually represent. For instance, in the Portfolio Dashboard, if I select a floor, the chart will list Total Area of that floor. As an experienced user, I understand that this is the Zone amount (aka: Interior Gross Area), but the average user will not. This will cause questions and concerns that we are not presenting the correct data and if Serraview is doing it's job.
A more defined title is needed so that we can supply the user with the data in a format that all levels of experience can understand.

I agree. It is tough to comprehend the metrics without a clear understanding of what "area" is actually measuring.
