  1. Our clients are having trouble to maintain the orders of the questions, in which order they input it in the checklist, they want to display in the same order on the excel. It will be beneficial if we can add a new field, 'SORT ORDER' for easy tracking.

    As of now Maintainence survey Report screen displayed order does not represent the actual questionaire order in the checklist

  2. Whenever the user is using ONSITE App in offline mode ie without internet connectivity and filling in the checklist and Suddenly the user connects to the network, the filling of the checklist pauses. And the user has to start from again.

    We suggest that an Online / Offline button or Mode or Switch should be added in the Onsite App for the better user experience.

  3. The ressources (in particular, the parts) associated to each WR should be managed in On Site.

    The user should be able to add consumed parts in On Site.

    The part code should be entered by scanning a Bar or QR code to get the recording easier.

  4. As users move away from the desktop Outlook application, and onto the web, the plugin functionality should become available on the web. We see requests for equivalent functionality on the web Outlook, as well as thoughts on including Teams functionality.

  6. BUG: No option to delete one day of a set of recurring bookings
    Created a recurring daily booking for 14 days. I attempted to create another booking for one of the booked days and received a prompt asking if I would like to delete the series. There is no option to cancel and rebook for a single day within the series.

  8. Allow the user to set a default line width when using the SmartClient AutoCAD extension or pre-value with the last line width entered. It is tedious and introduces a margin of error to have to enter each time a floor is published. Thank you

  10. When the user changes from Calendar view to List view on the home page then, the list of bookings which appears looks like it has only one reservation , by (unnecessarily) collapsing the list.
    Users must scroll down a little to see a button "Show more (1)".
    Additionally, if only one entry exists in the list, the above button still is shown as "Show more (1)";, making the user believe that there's one more entry hidden, which is not the case.

    The list should be expanded by default.

    In Release V2022.02, the Workplace Dashboard view has been redesigned and streamlined with a new, daily or weekly calendar view

  11. With the exception of IPAD Portrait, the keyboard covers the place where you need to type in a url. Instead of centering the logo and the url on the page, can it be moved to the top of the page. Graphics are from an IPAD and Note 9.

  12. There is desire/ need to attach documents when submitting a Service request without having to disable the camera. Users would like to attach email messages, forms, documents as well as photos, that will give more clarity to the Service Request.

  13. Under the "Define Employees" Task there is a honorific field, which is a drop-down menu. Currently there is no gender neutral option, as a result at our organization, this is defaulted as "Mr".

    I would like to see the default set to a blank option (which is currently not out of the box). I think that this will be increasingly important as we see increased awareness around gender identity.

  15. Make Workplace a NATIVE APP like OnSIte because:
    - Is it the oneApp used by the majority of Employees in a company (to make Service Requests, to reserve workplaces and book meeting rooms) so is the selling point
    - being on so many mobiles is the mouth to mouth marketing and if users are happy & proud will spread the word.
    - security check in big companies will not accept a non-native app without a VPN on-behalf, which will make Workplace expensive and will be eliminated as a solution
    - OnSite is great but is used by a limited number…

  16. As a Lease Administrator I work a lot with the Lease Portfolio Console. I would like to be able to delete a lease that I have entered incorrectly directly from the Lease Portfolio Console, so that i don't have to jump to a different view like Portfolio Edit Form - Basic or Advanced to delete the lease.

  18. Allow User Defined fields (UDF)s availability to Leases and subsequently the ability to search in the filters for UDFs.

    Clients are looking for ways to store fields such as:
    -Lease Status
    -Responsible Project Manager
    -Reference Link to ERP system
    -Agreement Type (a more dynamic field list then the lease type field)
    - Department
    -Division
    - agreed rent area type (Square ft, square meters) because archibus just tracks a user preferred area.
    and many others.

    The main locations that these fields need to be searchable are under:
    -Lease Console
    -Lease Abstract
    -Rent Roll
    -Cash Flow

  19. We use SSO to login to Smart Client and I noticed that if my computer is restarted it loses the login setting to SAML. Have to select server again and then choose SAML authentication. For administrator like me I'm fine with it because I switch from different environment. But for Autocad users, it would be nice to work seamlessly.

  20. If you access the booking in the Workspace Reservation view, you can’t change the date or recurrence if you made a mistake. Is there a way to modify a booking once done, or can you only cancel the booking?
