Mobile Maintenance - Craftsperson work schedule information
There is a major flaw in the current mobile maintenance app, their date and time a craftsperson is due to carry out work is not clear, it's no good just displaying the Date to perform the task if the cf is due to arrive a 2 pm there is no display of this information, at least not until they have got to the CF data and even then the scheduled time is not shown. This is a major issue for a client that are actually fully using the scheduling tasks. It would be very useful for the cf to have…

Allow selecting the sort in a selectValue command
Please add an option or options to the selectValue command to pick the sort field and direction. There are many instances where sorting on a column other than the select column is desirable. There are also many instances where it would be preferable to sort descending instead of ascending on the default column. This is currently not possible with the standard <command type="selectValue" />.

Selecting WR by clicking rooms in moble floor plan
At the inspection, by selecting a room, the work requests of the equipment in that room are searched, and when the all work requests in the rooms are completed, the color of the room changes according on floor plan. Most of the case, inspection work requests should be done room by room so it is easier for workers to check which room has been done.

Display Due Date Time for Work Requests Building Operations Console
Currently SLAs take into account the date AND time that the WR was submitted. For example, if a WR was submitted at 11AM on 4/1/20 and had a 5 day SLA, it would be due 4/6/20 at 11AM. Users would like to see the time in the Building Operations Console so they know when they need to complete the request within the day to make sure it is completed on time. Right now, they just see the date and if they completed it at 11:01AM -- it would be considered late.

Change the Default Calendar View
It would be useful to be able to change the default calendar view to scheduler or work week, and not the week view. Most users are making a view change as their first step in making a reservation.

Enable the 360 Viewer in the Equipment Systems Console
The 360 Viewer base on pannellum library was remove in Archibus 25.2 because a known security vulnerability CWE-80.
I propose keep a panorama viewer in the Equipment Systems Console. It could be a fixed pannellum plug-in or other alternative 360 Viewer implemented by us (ARCHIBUS Community) with only Three.js or similar.

Workplace service requests: QR codes filter the list of available types
As a user lodging a service request, I start by scanning a room's QR code. By doing so, I'd love for the list of available request types to filter to just those that are applicable to that location.
Request types can be associated with key words. Allow rooms or room standards to also be associated with key words? That way starting with QR codes to enter a request, the system can match up key words and display the relevant request types.

Hide Complete action when tickets are On Hold
When tickets are put on hold, users should take the ticket off hold and put it back to Issued and In Progress, and then work to complete it. This allows managers to identify what's really on hold and what's really being worked. It would be more user friendly if the Complete action was not available when a ticket is On Hold so it forces the user to either put it back in progress or close it out from the On Hold status.

Predictive Maintenance
Make some connections to BAS / data aggregation systems to promote "predictive maintenance", which could allow Archibus to respond to a range of use cases, the spectrum of which are:
- Easy: BAS generates an alert that causes a work order to be raised in Archibus
- Leverage API to generate work order in Archibus
- Data can come from BAS (thru the likes of Tridium, OSISoft), or can be culled from measurements obtained by PM surveys.
- Complex: AI/data science used to predict likelihood of upcoming failures

Management of Layouts and Spaces with Furniture
As Space Manager, I want to position the Tagged Furnitures by Drag and Drop in floor plan (SVG) in Web Central (i.e., Browser client), so that I have not to do the postioning in AutoCAD and publish the SVG again for each change.
Rules:
- on demand positioning of single tagged furnitures can be done by drag and drop
- several tagged furnitures can be positioned by drag and drop in a move project and / or move scenarios
- the postioning by drag and drop will update the location attributes (i.e., room, floor, building, etc.) of the tagged furnitures…5 votes -
Hoteling/Reservation mouse over picture display while viewing floorplans on the workplace portal
When selecting a room over the floor plan on the workplace portal for the purposes of making a reservation, one has to click through the drawing to view the room photo and get the room amenities. A mouse over effect on the workplace portal would be more user friendly.

Allow setting max and min values for HTML Chart axis
When creating an HTML chart, the max and min values of the numeric axis are automatically calculated. For many charts, these values don't make sense for the data displayed.
For example, a column chart that is showing percentages, but starts at 0.4 and goes to 0.7 does not show an accurate scale for the values being presented.
It would be helpful to have a chart option that allows setting the maximum and minimum value for the particular axis.

Allow performance metrics to use custom datasources
As a Business Analyst, I want to be able to define performance metrics using custom datasource/views, because it is far easier to join multiple tables that way then using sub-queries.
