Control who received Health screening Fail emails
Currently Admins and location admins receive heath screening fail emails however that can be a broad group and a lot of emails for most organization. The option to decide which admins/users receive the fail options would be great instead of tying it to a specific role.

Send email health check link now when booking now
Currently when health check reminders are set, but you book now it sends a check in email but wont send a health check email because the time has passed. Instead of checking in via the email link, it keeps spinning until you log in and do the health check. You should send an email link to health check now when someone books for less than the set health check time reminder time frame.

All Day Booking - Make feature invisible for End-User
I don't want to have the All Day Booking scheduling exposed to the end-user as its functionality derived from business hours and causing the Check-In feature to be useless.
Example - My organization's regular business hours are 24/7, this functionality preventing us from using Check-In/Check-Out properly as it's will require the Check-In at 12 AM.
Example II - The fact that a building is working from a range of hours doesn't mean that every person comes in the same particular starting hour as it's different for each department.

Basic Directory for Assets
A prospect has requested more specifics on our Asset Management capabilities. The specifics of his request was that we have a feature that would allow for an admin to upload and access a basic directory of all assets assigned to employees, which included a column for the equipment serial number if applicable.

Scroll within Floor Maps
The ability to scroll between floors within a building on the floor map view. This is especially helpful for groups with many buildings/floors.
The primary use case would be for employees searching for hotel desks within a building that has multiple floors. Rather than going back to the drop down and searching for your building and selecting the individual floors.6 votes -
Ticket Submission pushes email notification
When an employee puts in a ticket through the mobile app, we would like an email notification sent to a select group of individuals within the organization without having to monitor the ticket page within the software. Currently email notifications are only sent when tickets are assigned. Thanks.

total seats
Have the ability to chose how total seats are calculated. This should be a flexible field where we can pick and chose what space types are considered our total seats ie capacity per floor. Currently, we only count workstation type pins as the capacity and total assignable seats.

Adjust Capacity within a Stack Plan
Stack Planning often involves hypothetical exercises of adding & removing desks within existing floors or adding new hypothetical floors. This is currently not possible within SpaceIQ since capacity is tied to current desks.
It would be beneficial to be able to adjust floor capacity within a Stack Plan.

Multiple scenarios per date
Ability to captures multiple scenarios for the same date on the timeline. Need to scenario plan for multiple locations on same date but keep them separate

Set the default booking option to All Day if "Both" option is selected in the ‘Booking Type’ section on Settings/Desk Booking Settings page
Currently, we have three booking type options available on the settings page:
'All Day Only'
'Hours Booking only'
'Both' (allowing hourly and all-day booking)
Our organization had to enable the option "Booking for the whole day only" due to constant conflicts between users. These conflicts arose because the default booking setting creates reservations for a couple of minutes or 1 hour if I am not mistaken. Employees often believe they have booked a desk for the entire day when, in reality, they have only reserved it for a short period.
As a result, we had to disable the Both' option…

Nurse pin icon in green colour
Can we please have the background of the Nurse pin icon in green instead of gray? It is a requirement in UK to display first aid provisions with green signage.

Allow users to re-create bookings from a list of 'Past Bookings'
We have the 'Past Booking' page where all previous bookings are displayed. This is a preview page where the user cannot create a reservation for the same desk.
Please improve the 'Past Booking' functionality to allow users to re-create bookings from a list of past bookings.

Allow Department Admins to book unrestricted Hotel Desks
Currently our exec assistants who book on behalf of the dept's the support can only book hotel desks if the hotel desks has a department allocation. They cannot book for others a desk that has NO restrictions. This does not make sense, as anyone should be able to book an unrestricted desk.
Please consider updating the logic for booking on behalf of functionality to include unallocated hotel desks.
