Suggestion: Extend session timeout while using SpaceIQ from a web browser.

Technical challenge: As it has been explained to me, currently: "Our session tokens expire if a user becomes idle in SiQ. If you login and leave SiQ open and don't do anything with it for a time this requires a login again. However if you remain active in SiQ while it is open this should not occur. Our development team stated that you could have SiQ open in a browser for 10 minutes and do nothing with it and it would have the same effect of having to login again. Once we detect the idle timeout then it requires the login once again."

This poses a problem in my work environment as our employees do not like having the extra step of logging back in when looking for resources or employee locations. They would like to be able to log in once for the day or optimally for a couple of weeks at a time. The majority of our users are not admins and have very low level access. This problem does not seem to exist on the mobile app.
