  1. The Deloitte hoteling system had a "Who's in the office feature" whenever you went to make a booking it would show you a list of employees who had also made bookings on the day that you're looking at.
    This way you had an idea of who might be going to the office without being invasive and asking when someone planned on going to the office. It is especially useful now during flexible working where no one is mandated to go into the office.

  3. It would be great to have some visual signage that can link to Space IQ app so that when an employee comes to the office in an area, they can see a green light on hotel desks available and maybe just scan the desk/QR and it reserves in the app. Similar to lights in parking lots when looking for a space

  4. Mobile app reservation start time should sync to actual time and shouldn’t even show the option to book earlier than now. If today is July 12, 11am, it shouldn’t give me the option to book from 9:15. As of today, if I just click on find a desk without changing start hour, app takes me through the process then rejects because hour is past and I have to start again.

  5. We are getting many requests from our employees to be able to view employee names on the floormap of reserved hotel desks. Currently you have to either search on an employee in the search bar to click to see their bookings, or click on a gray hotel dot to view a pop-up of who reserved the desk.

    Modifying this behavior to display the employee name on the map would improve user experience and remove booking friction exponentially so that employees can quickly pick a hotel desk closest to the teammates they want.

  6. It would be nice to have a report to understand how much capacity has been met at any point in time. For example, if I have 100 hotel desks on a floor and I want to see a percentage of how many have been booked on a day and how many are still available, it would be great.

  7. As an admin I would like the ability to be able to remove the cancel link from the check-in email. This can be confusing to end-users and as an organization I would like to be able to decide if it is appropriate or not to have it.

  11. Is there any way to add maintenance ticketing as a desktop feature for employees? This really makes the laptop version useless for employee’s that are not hoteling, which for us is about 80%! This is extremely disappointing!! I’ve had a couple people ask for the laptop version because they don’t have any space on their phones to add the app.

  13. As an admin I would like the ability to have a backup of the NOW seating plan at least daily when I don't have an integration/import that creates a backup with this seating assignment on it.

  14. Edit Blocks: when creating move plans which might involve changes to the layout of the floor the edit block feature does not appear to be available. Future moves may also involve new floor configurations and layouts.

  20. Similar to scheduling assistant in Outlook, it would be helpful to be able to select multiple desks and view schedule availability throughout the day.
    This would help immensely when using SiQ for scheduling/reserving shared assets such as EV chargers by quickly identifying which "desks" are available and when.
