Toggle On/off Org units in VBS
In VBS, you can currently select only '1' Org unit and it will highlight the spaces assigned to that Org. It will be a very intuitive and quick method to allow users to Toggle On/Off one or many Org Units in VBS. The approach is similar to what's available in Space module for Space Types, the suggestion is to have the same for VBS for Org units.

Disable password expiry for user
In Serraview 3.0 there isn't an option to disable the User password from expiring.
Navigate to
Admin Settings > General Configuration > User Sign InWe would like the option to disable Serraview user password expiry.

Bulk Update Reason for change
Users should have the option of entering a reason for making a change as a part of the bulk update process. This would help facilitate internal communication between multiple different space planners working together to manage a large portfolio.

Automatically Generate 'Current' view tab in Scenario Planner
Whenever a new Scenario Plan is created, have a button to display 'Current' context based on buildings/floors being included in the scenario. This should be able to be refreshed through a button or setup to refresh automatically.

Show link expiration time in "Send Logon Info" email
When you send a user an email to reset their password with the "Send Logon Info" button, the email they receive does not tell them how long the link will be active. It would be nice to see "Password reset link will expire in [x] minutes" or something like that in this email.

Spaces: search by building address
Some Spaces users/clients capture different information in building name and address, and both can be relevant when trying to search for a floor. It only works with building name currently.

Space Hierarchy - Push to Default for multiple space types
It would be great to be able to select multiple space types at a time to push defaults. For example, we regularly push to default for the workpoint count, but each space type has to be done individually. This takes unnecessary time.

Remove Occupant from Workpoint in VBS, but Keep in Team/Floor/Building
As an Occupancy Planner and general Serraview User
I would like the ability to remove an occupant from a workpoint, without removing the occupant from the Team/Floor/Building
So that I can more easily manage fixed/flexi teams and anchor spaces.Currently, the only way to remove an occupant in VBS is via the Space Form, either by changing the space from fixed to flexi, or by removing the occupant via the Space Data tab. Future Workplace VBS - Post Pandemic Workplace
Following the COVID19 pandemic, many clients will diversify their real estate foot print. There is an increasing requirement to manage SPACES as well as WORKPOINTS and ROOMS.
Serraview VBS needs to be enhanced to stack by floor for all space types - and colouring in the floor by floor level should be enhance to visualise allocation in of Spaces, Workpoints & Rooms. this will help manage overall capacity and assignments on non-traditional spaces.Example:

Allow Service Request Detail Pages to Open in a New Browser Tab or Window
Sometime I want to open multiple service request in separate browser tabs or windows so I can easily flick between them. 'Open link in new tab/window' is not available in the right click menu and ctrl + left click does not work either.

Expand "Report generated..."
Certain reports in Serraview are generated with a "Report generated [insert date]" subheading.
This is incredibly useful for referencing older reports, however what the line does not tell reveal is whether that report was generated against 'Current Data' at the time, or against a 'Snapshot.' This is critical information to know.
I would love to see this additional data added to the field.

Asset linked to floorplan and ability to add photos
As an administrator, I would like to be able to view the asset location on the floor plan. Add a link from the asset that you click on to take you to the floor plan to see where the asset is located - link to space ID.
I would also like to be able to take photos of each asset to assist with the management process. This is particularly important when managing the asset remotely and cannot inspect the item but need to describe it to the end user.

Search workpoints in VBS
Enable to search workpoins in VBS and it will highlight the searched numbers on a floorplan, and provide a box to view the selected space details and occupant.
For eg. i have a list of desk numbers and am hoping to be able to view these desks from a spreadsheet in VBS on a floor plate

Add show in vbs filter option into Assets
Please add in the ability to filter for 'showinvbs' buildings in the assets tab, when searching for lockers it is outputting project buildings in the filter fields.
If possible please also first sort by 'showinvbs' so that project buildings dont appear first as results when trying to filter.

Bulk Update tool to update all Team Administrators (inc Workplace Administrator, BOS Coordinator)
Currently, there is no way to bulk add a BOS coordinator to multiple teams within a location.
Please enhance the current Bulk Update tool in Teams, so allow bulk update of all administrator types as seen on a Team form

People search by employee ID can show archived people
When I need to search for an employee ID referenced in my own report, results appear as 'No results found'.
I'd like to be able to know if this was an archived employee when searching and 'no results found' indicating this record did not exist. Not required to select archive employee, just show on the search results.
