Remember space type selection after updating space
When I am working in Spaces and I select the Space Type colors I want to see and uncheck the ones I do not, I make a change, such as changing the seat count by opening a room and making the change, after I Update Space by clicking the blue button all the space types have turned back on, not the way I left it when I checked the spaces I want to see.

change column width
The limited width of the Selector bar in Reporting means that the names of the space types are shortened. It would be useful to be able to change the width of the bar.
As well as hide the dashboard in VBS & Spaces, to allow for a larger screen view of the plan.

Colors on BOS
Have the different teams colored (like in VBS) so you could see who belongs to the team when assigning the seat.

Can the space names dynamically adjust to show the whole name similar to the way they display in "SPACES"?

Mannual upload historical badge data w/o interruption
Sometimes we need to upload the corrected or missing historical badge data for certain sites or buildings. It would be very helpful if we can upload data for a selected period of dates/time range in the history without interrupting or overriding other existing data.

Allow movement of space numbers on floor plans
We would like to be able to move the space numbers to not be centered on corridors as they may overlap with other space names/numbers and make it impossible to use them for wayfinding. We would like to be able to shift those numbers to where it may make more sense for users and admins to easily see labels in the correct places.

Insights Dashboard that provides a VBS style view showing block and stack with villages, neighbourhoods and teams, showing utilisation per floor.
Provides a way for space planners to easily identify utilisation across a whole floor, either on a specific day or over a period of time.

Reports for Different Views
In the Spaces module, reports are an option when you pull down the Space Types selection. However in any other view, the reports feature becomes gray and not applicable. Can these reports be made available in Spaces?

Export move service request data into a BOS to avoid re-entering the same data that was already captured in Service request
Clients place a large move into a service request and data was visible however there is not an easy way to transfer this Data the into into BOS. looking to add an export to BOS feature from service request.

Show Role Categories in Assigned Spaces
It would be ideal to be able to view employee's role category when you click on an assigned space, instead of having to go to "People"

user password
Provide confirmation on page once a new user creates a password and it is accepted and confirmation when password reset is changed. This would reduce the number of lock outs and reset confusion for users.

Snapshot Reporting is not including Buildings that have since been removed
I've been running Report 232, Capacity & Opportunity, and trying to extract occupancy information to look at trends during COVID so I'm using Snapshots (which we automatically created every 2 weeks). These reports, as I'm sure affects others, wont report on Buildings that existed at the time, eg. the former TGA site, but will only report on Buildings that exist now.
I can see that I can no longer select the old TGA site when selecting Region/Building/Floor as it no longer is available in the list, but if I select ACT or Australia then it would be nice to be…2 votes -
Include Snapshot date in Reports
It would be nice to include a Snapshot date in any of the Reports which support selecting these previous timeframes. Currently if I run multiple Reports, each using a different date from a Snapshot, all the reports have the same header which shows the date it was run. There's no way of knowing what Snapshot was used.
Eg. Rather than simply showing "Report Run March 08, 2023" it should show "Report Run March 08, 2023 using Snapshot from January1, 2022".2 votes -
Functionality of rooms, same charge rule function as desks; Add Hotel option
Two ideas - one is to add a new Allocation called "HOTEL" where the station and office allocation can be changed for a hybrid/hotel workplace model. The blue dot would change to a new color.
2nd is to allow the functionality of an office to match that of a desk. I'd like the ability to update the allocation/charge rule of an office to "HOTEL" (if that's added as a feature) but if not, to Campus Common All. However currently if I change the allocation of an office/room - the blue dot disappears and I cannot "undo" this.

BOS Toggle Button
Would be nice to change the defaults in BOS regarding the publishing toggle buttons of Removing Existing Occupant and Removing the Space Allocation that are always on. We would prefer them to be off as a standard so we do not accidently displace someone into being unseated.
