  1. When looking at the colors of the floorplan vs the legend, they are NOT the same color. Nor are either of them the actual assigned color of the space type.

    There appears to be an Opacity or Transparency value used when displaying the floorplan and legend. Again, the floorplan and legend color values are different, so they are NOT using the same transparency value from the original color.

    I would like to suggest that if Serraview is going to NOT use the provided color for the space types, then to at least use the same transparency value for both of…

  2. A floorplan report that you can select which you choose which markers to display in the report via a dropdown.

    Also an option to choose the size of the markers in the report.

  3. Please improve the usability/legibility of any drop-down selector with a hierarchy (i.e. region, buildings, org units) so that it includes a horizontal scroll bar to view options that are several layers deep and/or have a long entry.

  4. We would like to have the option to disable the following automated email :

    Workplace Admins: Assignment Notification (Existing User)

    We find that it often sends out wrong information and causes confusion for the staff.

  5. Provide a simple visualisation of a floorplan that highlights via a colour desks that are wired up but have not had any SVLive activity within the report period.

    This will be useful for easily identifying desks without activity, especially on large floorplans. The report can then be scheduled to send on a regular basis to local teams who can review any issues with wire up.

  7. We would like the Optional Fields of Asset import to be visible in the Asset UI. Currently we can only view the data of the Optional Fields through reporting. It would be beneficial if it was possible to Edit/View the data of the Optional fields like Asset GUID and Serial Number from the Asset UI.

  8. The legends in 22 and 222 are confusing.
    Unallocated spaces in the legends and table are shown as spaces with a blue background. However, unallocated desks are have a white background with a blue dot, and unallocated spaces/rooms are white polygons with a blue outline.
    The legends and table summaries should more clearly show how unallocated spaces are displayed on the floorplan map.

  9. As an Insights and Insights Editor user,
    I would like all out-of-the-box fields for Buildings to be captured in Insights
    so that I can report on full data and create custom dashboards.
    Currently, we can't report on Building Reps.

  11. Currently, you cannot assign Non VBS Locations to assets like carparks. Floors with carparks don't need to show up in Spaces and VBS, but still need to be assigned to people. It would be extremely easy if we could assign Non VBS locations too.

  12. It would be really helpful if you could see assets (lockers/storage/parking) assigned to a person when searching for their name in the spaces module.
    This was available in an older version of Serraview, and would show locker information in the red box (picture attached) right next to their name.

  13. As a Workplace Admin, I need to be able to add people to my flexi team who are already assigned to a dedicated space, without removing them from their existing location(s).

    Right now, if "Enable Move / Keep Functionality" is turned on, I can uncheck "Remove from previous location(s)" when adding a user to a workpoint, but I have no such option when adding users to a flexi team. I have to ask a global Serraview admin to add the user to the flexi team via VBS.

  15. Our client would like to have a layer that shows specific manufacturing/lab equipment but can be toggled on/off and is only accessible to certain user roles for security reasons. I can see this also being beneficial for IFM to toggle on/off certain fixtures and lighting, or even for space planners to toggle furnishings on/off.

  16. Would love to be able to use the data import process to put "Blank" values into data fields.

    Currently when doing data imports to Serraview, some fields are able to accept "Blank" values to be updated where other fields are not able to have "Blank" values imported.

    There is no identifiable way to know which fields are able to accept "Blank" values with an import file. At least not identifiable to me. I had submitted a support ticket about this. Was told it was text fields that could be wiped out, but that is not always the case.

  17. Add the number of Vacant and Occupied desk totals next to each to the Legend. This will quickly show the number of people that are in the office and a particular floor which is good for office management.

  18. Like measurement tools in CAD products, it would be useful to be able to measure custom areas, not only linear, with the measurement tool. This could be a click and drag box, or better yet custom points which when you return to the starting point provides the area measurement within. This would be very useful for project planning for people without access or skills in CAD products.

  19. With the new feature to open and close floors it would be preferable for those desks/floors to be greyed out instead of looking green and available. An error message does pop up when you try to book but it is small and states "Building" is closed instead of just the chosen floor. Could their be an option to personalise the comment per building and make it clearer with greyed out desks?

  20. Allow the possibility to create new custom categories for reports;
    In the reporting tab, it will be very useful if the users will be able to add new categories and sort the reports more easily.
