Looker "next page" button placement and size
There is a button on the dashboards page in Looker that takes you to the next page. But this button is really far off and extremely tiny.

Make allocated workpoints assigned to invidividuals also bookable
My client would like the option to assign/allocate workpoints and also enable them for booking. Currently, this is not an option. Workpoints need to be "open" to be enabled for booking.

Keep Assigned Seats by Default
Instead of removing assigned locations when assigning a person to a new seat, it would be more convenient to preserve these assigned locations, especially in cases where individuals have multiple assigned locations. Currently, the default setting always has the box checked, which can lead to local admins accidentally removing a person's assigned desks in all buildings.

Allow Workpoint import to change by ID
Workpoint imports use the Workpoint name to determine which space needs to updating. However, Workspace types cannot be updated with an import because it's not a unique name.
Using the ID (like Team imports do) would allow these to be updated.At least one client wants to rename these Workspaces, but it is not possible to do so in bulk.

Ability to change "Synchronization Status" for Org Units
There is a checkbox in Org Hierarchy configuration that reads: "Synchronization Status [ ] Keep if not present in import file". This option is generally used when making manual changes to Org Units through the UI in Serraview.
it would be immensely beneficial to have the ability to toggle this option on or off in bulk. This would be particularly useful in scenarios where automated imports encounter issues or when users need to manually adjust Org Units in batches.

Delete Neighborhoods without affecting allocations from the floorplan
Currently, there is no way to delete neighborhoods without removing the allocation of teams, people and retention statuses within them.
Can we make it so that they can be deleted without allocation in the floorplan. Maybe by using imports (with a column “New Hood“ when left empty, just takes team out of them without changing anything). If this is possible, we can just the neighborhoods from the UI and it will not change anything else.

Show Pictures in VBS, Spaces, & Locator
As there is a feature to upload pictures of rooms in either VBS or Spaces, it would be nice to see pictures in those modules. Either hovering over a room or clicking it brings up a card with room info. Showing the picture as well would be ideal. Having this available in Locator would be helpful. Currently it only shows up in Engage.

New Color by options
The request is to allow for adding color by on other space attributes already in Serraview. Currently we are only able to add Color Bys on custom fields. This has resulted in having to add custom fields and ARIs to populate the data that already exists.
New Color Bys:
Neighborhood
Organization Levels: ie. Level 1, Level 2, Level 3
Employee Organization Levels
i.e. custom neighborhood field on spaces that populates the value with the neighborhood value.

Recent imports comment field to be populated by file upload comment
When uploading manual files (e.g. manually Person import) there is an option to insert a comment, but it is not displayed in the Recent Imports overview.
The reason behind this is the manual upload user is shown as "Data user" even though it was uploaded by a specific user and not automatically. To see the comment who uploaded it would be a faster identifier of the file being uploaded manually.2 votes -
Show room names in VBS
It would be great if we could have labels showing the workspace name in VBS. Currently, it looks like labels only show for meeting rooms/communal spaces/stairwells, etc.

Screen reader for
Serraview Engage does not support screen readers and so the usability for someone vision impaired is poor. Support for screen readers would improve accessibility.

Option to default Service Request Assignee to work at the building level instead of region
Please add a configuration option to allow Service Request Assignees to default to building level instead of region level (which is what it is currently).

Ability to export Heatmap data.
It would be really helpful to be able to export heatmap data (like shown in Locator) maybe in the form of a report or an API from Serraview. This data would be really useful and could greatly help Serraview and SV Live integration with other applications.

Inactivity Logout Warning
It would be helpful if there was a popup window that said "You are about to be signed out due to inactivity, would you like to stay logged in for (the time out setting) another 30 minutes?" Also, if you could make the browser tab or minimized browser flash to get the users attention. Then after a few minutes if the users doesn't do anything, the popup would change to say: "You have been logged out due to inactivity, please click ok to refresh your browser". It would have to work even if the tab is not active or the…

Export Reports with selected output type
Have all Reports in the Service Request category export with the Output Type selected rather than automatically exporting as the default file type. For example, if a report is selected to export as a PDF, it should export as a PDF rather than automatically exporting as a Word document.

It would be great is Serraview would use xdata in the autocad files to link polylines, space names and space types to an internal space id. This way when you change a space name or space type in autocad and re-import it, it wouldn't need to completely delete the space record and re-create it. This deletion and re-creation removes all allocations and people assignments along with any other settings that are not default to the space type. This is a very limiting way to manage the drawing data that does cause issues with data lose when you don't effectively work…

The ability to add or remove text labels for space attributes to the exported autocad dwg files in the Buildings & Floors form. I am sure everyone has a need to see things like Department #, Occupant Names, or Room Names in autocad. When creating autocad drawings for move coordination or furniture reconfiguration, having the most up to date text in your drawing is a must. Currently there is only the space type and Space names. Maybe this could be an "Ad Hoc" setting within the Buildings & Floors form
