An error occurred while saving the comment The application already supports this use-case. The solution is to create 2 different questionnaires - one for Preventive Maintenance and one for Corrective Maintenance. The use the Manage Service Level Agreement view to define various SLAs for Preventive and Corrective Maintenance and attached the appropriate questionnaires.

An error occurred while saving the comment Did the recurring meeting overlapped the meetings at step 1?
What is the expected behavior of the application when choosing to rebook meetings? An error occurred while saving the comment We recommend that defects are reported through Customer Support, via your partner, so that we can address them with a higher priority.
The Support team does not expect to look for bugs on UserVoice, because the intent of this forum is to discuss new ideas. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you for asking more information.
If your business partner has reported Support tickets to Eptura Support we issue case numbers and then those issues are tracked if they are valid customer defects and the Eptura Support team can provide a status report or the partner can check the status of their ticket in our support application. We provide this type of information to the partner.
Also, partner should can let the Eptura Support team about the criticality of a support case, if is blocking your workflows. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Models are stored in Autodesk Docs inside of Autodesk Construction Cloud. Autodesk Docs behaves like a Document Repository with project folders and different files. The repository is dynamic and files can be easily moved from one project to another and even from one organization hub to another. This means that Archibus should not store the location of a file in the database, because it can change. Instead we store the unique id of the model, which allows us to track it more precisely.
The Autodesk Docs projects list in Archibus displays the projects and data for which the current user, either individually logged-in or as a generic user, has access to in Autodesk Construction Cloud. You can adjust these permissions at the project level and even at the file level in Autodesk Construction Cloud. The BIM Viewer then inherits those permissions.
The Buildings list in the BIM Viewer displays only the 'cataloged' models, those models that have been paired to a building in Archibus.
If you disconnect the current Autodesk user from Archibus, you still can see the 'cataloged' models because the data still exists in Archibus and the building is paired to the GUID of the model. Thus, other users that don't have Autodesk credentials will:
- either just see only the Buildings list and not the Autodesk Docs Projects list, this is the case when the BIM Viewer connects to ACC via individual Autodesk accounts;
- or the list of Buildings and only the Autodesk Docs projects and files to which the generic user has permissions to work with in Autodesk Docs. Therefore, you want to adjust the permissions of the generic users and the above behavior will be resolved. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Currently we have the Search & Manager Work Requests view that allows viewing all work requests (including archived work) as long as the user has the proper security group assigned.
I would like to understand what are the concerns with using this report vs. creating a new report that has the look-and-feel of the Maintenance Console. -

An error occurred while saving the comment The restriction appears because Smart Client paginates the results to about 30 per page.

An error occurred while saving the comment A Smart Client user can open multiple Smart Client windows/instances to achieve the above result. For example, in one window you can edit one view and in the other another view.
Is there any other use case that you see supported by multiple tabs? -

For performance issues that may impair your ability to use this view, I would advise to also submit a ZenDesk ticket to our Customer Support. -

An error occurred while saving the comment As part of this idea we have implemented an API that exports data from custom Archibus data sources and that allows connecting Archibus to Power BI or other BI platforms.
The PowerBI examples (datasources and reports) are available in Archibus V2022.04.
Please read this Help Note for more details: https://help.archibus.com/user_en/archibus.htm#whats_new2022_4/power_bi.htm
An error occurred while saving the comment Please post examples of reports that you may want to achieve using an improved reporting tool or Insights.

An error occurred while saving the comment We are looking into allowing modifying the Web Central view System Administration / ARCHIBUS System Administration / CAD Manager / Set Asset Text Visibility to allow setting asset text visibility without having to restart the application server.
The effort and risk is not trivial, so there is no estimate on when this would be available.
This issue will be obsolete with the re-design of the Offline mode, that is planned for v2025.01
