Ability for users to edit their booking
Users running late or early or with last minute schedule changes would find it convenient to be able to modify their booking to have a different start and end time.
Currently neither the web or mobile app supports this functionality and users have to cancel and re-book, which is more time consuming.

Restricting Hotel Desks by days
Ability to specify what days or how many days a Hotel Desk can be booked. E.G. I want a hotel desk to be able to be booked for one 2 days at a time or 1 week at a time and no further out.

Ability to have reports sent daily, weekly, monthly
Ability to sign up for reports to be emailed out on a daily, weekly, monthly basis as opposed to having to pull the reports manually.

Hoteling desks report
Report for admin - so they can see what desks were booked, by whom, and at what times…

Allow primary seats that are assigned to employees to be a bookable desk during covid.
Employees would have their own assigned desk but would not be required to come into the office.. Rather, these employees would be able to book their desk for days that they wish to come in. If two desks are within 6 feet of another, employee A could book her desk but employee B could not due to distancing. The desk would "turn off".
Along with this, a dashboard would be nice to see who all has booked their desk for a given day, week, month etc.

Admin Cancelling Desk Booking Notification
Send a cancellation notification to the user who created the booking when an admin cancels this booking. Preferably with room for a comment.

Immediately after a hoteling reservation, the user should get an email confirmation with an option to add to calendar

Would be great if you could add a person to more than one workplace group. Often people are part of more than one team so it would be good to reflect this.

Add Departments to Workplace Groups
The ability to add entire departments/teams to workplace groups would greatly assist admins in the management of their locations. Adding each individual within a department can be very time consuming and doesn't update if there is a change to the employees department.

Recurring Bookings
Desire to create a recurring booking. An individual will be in the office only certain days per week and would like to create a hoteling book that reoccurs based on this.

Floor dropdown enhancement
When navigating from floor to floor, it is extremely difficult for large customers to quickly go from one floor to another. The customer would like to be able to have more options than a dropdown and all buildings. A filtering option for region, city, floor would all be helpful. See screenshot attached, but ability to dropdown by city/region or by floor, separately, so working out of one building is easy.
The text should be wrapped as well. With some customers, they can't see which building they are selecting because it turns to (...) before the building name finishes.

Health screening custom by location
