Health screening custom by location
Health Screening in SiQ Web App is currently only able to be one questionnaire globally yet legislation and wording needs to differ between locations. It would be great to be able to customise the health screening form by location!

Agreed. Each location is different and this would help us in the US.

Agreed! We have offices in the UK that the government has their own health screening process though Traction so they disable the health screening question. In our US offices we would like to utilize the health screening but have to constantly enable the health screening option which can be missed sometimes and defeats the purpose of making sure everyone is healthy before coming into the office.

Could we also select which locations should receive these as questionnaires are no longer necessary in some locations?
