  1. Could there be a “Last Booked” feature allowing you to quickly book the last space you booked if it is available for the day?

    Much like we have the option to click on “Last Searched” for an office layout.

  3. Space IQ Location shows the first alphabetical location based on ALL Locations (at least at in our application) by default. It would be better if defaulted to First in Favorites. Save clicks

  5. I think that Spaceiq sends out to many email notifications for every single reservation. I would like to be able to turn them off so that my inbox doesn't get flooded by those messages. They add little value to me.

  6. Users running late or early or with last minute schedule changes would find it convenient to be able to modify their booking to have a different start and end time.

    Currently neither the web or mobile app supports this functionality and users have to cancel and re-book, which is more time consuming.

  8. The Deloitte hoteling system had a "Who's in the office feature" whenever you went to make a booking it would show you a list of employees who had also made bookings on the day that you're looking at.
    This way you had an idea of who might be going to the office without being invasive and asking when someone planned on going to the office. It is especially useful now during flexible working where no one is mandated to go into the office.

  9. We need to create a role of "Delegate" for executive assistants to book on behalf of their executives. While we can accomplish this with Location admin, that gives them way to much ability in the system to make changes, accidental or otherwise. Department Admin or Space Captain does not work as that removes available workstations from availability to other departments. This is a standard basic function of calendar style apps.

  10. We're looking for an easy way to restrict unvaccinated individuals from booking desks. We see two different options.

    1. The easiest and most ideal solution would be to have some sort of "block" button on each person's profile so we can go in and block certain individuals with a quick click.

    2. Creating some sort of workplace group or category that is unable to book desks, then we can add unvaccinated employees to that group based on vaccine status.

  12. We would require every employees to check in wether they have an assigned desk or hoteling. That would allow us to track capacity in real time ( today we operate at 20 % capacity) and have everyone sign in the health screening.

  13. Health Screening in SiQ Web App is currently only able to be one questionnaire globally yet legislation and wording needs to differ between locations. It would be great to be able to customise the health screening form by location!

  15. The ability to add entire departments/teams to workplace groups would greatly assist admins in the management of their locations. Adding each individual within a department can be very time consuming and doesn't update if there is a change to the employees department.

  16. Ability for end users and teams to be able to view bookings across a map view on any given day to determine who's coming in, where they're sitting, and where other colleagues in other teams are working or coming in for better cross-department collaboration

    Insights add on is available for Beta. This feature will be rolled out for customers to purchase as an add on soon.

    Using Insights, admins can create their own reports and schedule them.

  19. Would be great if you could add a person to more than one workplace group. Often people are part of more than one team so it would be good to reflect this.

  20. Let me pick the date first and then show me the available desks so I don't have to guess. As it goes now, I pick a desk and see if it is available. Then pick another one and see if it is available - I might go through 5 desks before I find an opening. Or let me tell you what date I will be there and YOU pick the desk.
