Hoteling Email Confirmation with "Add to Calendar" link
Immediately after a hoteling reservation, the user should get an email confirmation with an option to add to calendar

Booking Confirmation email will now be sent to all employees for every booking made.
Add to Calendar option will added in future → part of backlog

Make this an optional feature for each employee. Or make this only a feature when the reservation is made for someone by an Executive Admin type.
