Could there be a “Last Booked” feature allowing you to quickly book the last space you booked if it is available for the day?
Much like we have the option to click on “Last Searched” for an office layout.

Enable tracking of previous bookings
Provide a list of previously booked dates and desks. Also, provide whether "Check In" was completed for each date.

Use Location Favorite as the Default Location
Space IQ Location shows the first alphabetical location based on ALL Locations (at least at in our application) by default. It would be better if defaulted to First in Favorites. Save clicks

Restrict/block individuals from booking desks
We're looking for an easy way to restrict unvaccinated individuals from booking desks. We see two different options.
The easiest and most ideal solution would be to have some sort of "block" button on each person's profile so we can go in and block certain individuals with a quick click.
Creating some sort of workplace group or category that is unable to book desks, then we can add unvaccinated employees to that group based on vaccine status.

Add a "Who's in the Office" Feature in the Booking Screen
The Deloitte hoteling system had a "Who's in the office feature" whenever you went to make a booking it would show you a list of employees who had also made bookings on the day that you're looking at.
This way you had an idea of who might be going to the office without being invasive and asking when someone planned on going to the office. It is especially useful now during flexible working where no one is mandated to go into the office.13 votes -
Custom Hour of Business per Location
It would be nice to be able to modify the all day option per building rather than just 1 company setting. We have some offices which operate 24/7 and others that do not. If we use the 24h all day option, the checkin comes in during the night and releases the desk before the employee even wakes up

Enable Check in for assigned desk
We would require every employees to check in wether they have an assigned desk or hoteling. That would allow us to track capacity in real time ( today we operate at 20 % capacity) and have everyone sign in the health screening.

Freeze Manage Employee buttons at top of employee list
When you're under Manage>Employees screen when you have to scroll the menu buttons at the top do not stay put so for instance if I'm checking a number of employees to change to 'No Desk Needed' I have to scroll back up to use that drop down/feature. Also I've had it happen multiple times when I scroll back up to get to the drop down SIQ unchecks all of the records I checked before I can get to the menu.

Turn off/ limit email notifications
I think that Spaceiq sends out to many email notifications for every single reservation. I would like to be able to turn them off so that my inbox doesn't get flooded by those messages. They add little value to me.

Ability for end users and teams to be able to view bookings across a map view on any given day to determine who's coming in, where they're sitting, and where other colleagues in other teams are working or coming in for better cross-department collaboration

Allow removing maintenances from the homescreen
If it is disabled - it should not be on the mobile screen. Now it is a useless button that disturbs users.

ability to turn off 24 hour booking reminder
create a setting to turn off the 24 booking reminder as this only adds to the emails created including check-in and health check.

Create a "Delegate" role
We need to create a role of "Delegate" for executive assistants to book on behalf of their executives. While we can accomplish this with Location admin, that gives them way to much ability in the system to make changes, accidental or otherwise. Department Admin or Space Captain does not work as that removes available workstations from availability to other departments. This is a standard basic function of calendar style apps.
