Create a "Delegate" role
We need to create a role of "Delegate" for executive assistants to book on behalf of their executives. While we can accomplish this with Location admin, that gives them way to much ability in the system to make changes, accidental or otherwise. Department Admin or Space Captain does not work as that removes available workstations from availability to other departments. This is a standard basic function of calendar style apps.

I would also add to this a resolution to a pain point for us -
Currently, the dept admins can only book on behalf of others on desks that are allocated to the dept they're set up to support. They should be able to book a desk for someone that doesn't have any dept or WPG restrictions just like they could if they were booking it for themselves. -

Currently for users to be able to schedule on behalf of others they require space captain or greater role, which enables those users to make config changes.
Scheduling on behalf of others is a common feature of all popular apps involving calendars (Gsuite, O365, Zoom etc) and users are able to choose others within the org who may schedule on their behalf
