SFTP Integration Improvement - Prevent Mass Deletions
Enhance the SFTP integration process to have a flag or some sort of threshold limit to prevent accidental mass deletion. Use case could be incomplete file posted and results in 60% of the records incorrectly deleted. Allow a potential threshold to be set in the integration set up to error out the process if % threshold is exceeded. Admin can update the threshold on an existing SFTP integration, if it is a valid purge. Then set back to the standard threshold.

Google Calendar integration enhancement
Ability to still set up the Google Calendar integration, but disable booking rooms from SpaceIQ. Still though allow the Booking data to come into SpaceIQ so planning teams can take advantage of the Meeting Room Booking report.

Moves in and out of Neighborhoods
Treat Neighborhoods same a spaces, since employees can be assigned also to neighborhoods. Move employe from space to neighborhood, neighborhood to space, or neighborhood to neighborhood. Also then allow for bulk moves of these types.

Allow Viewers to see neighborhood outlines and employees assigned
Currently Viewers cannot see the outline of a neighborhood on the map. Would be great if Viewers can search for employee, and if they are in a neighborhood they can click on the neighborhood in the search bar. This then takes them to the floor displays the outline of the neighborhood and the list of names associated to the neighborhood. Similar experience for searching for employees assigned to a seat

Add a filter option to both hotel reports for work place groups in addition to departments.

Neighborhood Reports / Metrics by location
When yu go into Manage Neighborhoods and filter for a location, it lists location, floor, neighborhood name, seats, # of employees associated to it, & utilization ratio. Anyone try exporting that ? I don't see an option other than "Neighborhoods overview Report" This report does not filter by location. When you export it, the fields it lists are Neighborhood Name Employees Spaces Capacity Occupancy (%) Emp/Seats Ratio. Thus, no way of filtering by location here too! This is a big miss. An alphabetical list of neighborhood is not very helpful.
Please create a proper neighborhood view integrated with the portfolio…

Add additional attributes to pins (labels, sqft..)
Customer wants the ability to add labels to pins as well as a room number (all fields, similar to a green dot). They also want the ability to search.

Adjust Capacity within a Stack Plan
Stack Planning often involves hypothetical exercises of adding & removing desks within existing floors or adding new hypothetical floors. This is currently not possible within SpaceIQ since capacity is tied to current desks.
It would be beneficial to be able to adjust floor capacity within a Stack Plan.

Remember Stack Preferences for Large Sites (4+ Buildings)
If I'm Stack Planning a site with 3+ buildings, I need to re-select the buildings I want to Stack each time I navigate from building to site view. This is problematic for sites within 10+ buildings.
Instead, the buildings that I selected should be stored as part of my session in the same way my filter is stored in the Portfolio view.

Admin level granting
The ability to grant location admin access by region. Ie: John smith is location admin for an entire region. Rather than having to select all floors, one-by-one, and have to keep track when new buildings/floors are added, you can just do it by region. This is especially helpful for companies with 100's of buildings and floors.

Portfolio view
Portfolio view should always display metrics of employees, seats etc WITHOUT having to clicking city, Building arrows. What is a point of a Portfolio dashboard if you can't see it in one glance?

Manage SpaceIQ on a Tablet
Would like to see SpaceIQ optimized for use on a tablet.
I am often out in the field and identify changes that I want to make in SpaceIQ such as new seating arrangements or seat locations. It would be so much easier to carry my tablet and make the changes real time in the field instead of writing them down and making changes later on my desktop8 votes -
Time/Date Stamp when printing maps
When printing or making .pdf maps, it would be helpful to have a Time & Date Stamp + an identifier for what map (Now or Plan w/ date) you're printing.

Ability to see Names to Seat on Shared Desks
The names of at least 2 employees should be visible(printable) on floor plans. This helps with Understanding seats used in different shifts. This is common in may global locations that have local and US working hour shifts.

SpaceIQ App Wayfinding
We would like to see more features added to the SpaceIQ app. Since we are using neighborhoods instead of assigned seating, our staff needs to be able to locate where to find specific areas where teams might be sitting. As of right now we cannot look up particular floor maps to determine where certain areas are. We would like our staff to be able to use their phones rather than have to search on their laptops for a better experience.
