Updates to the report:
-add a date filter to the Hotel Desk report like it is in the Hotel Booking Report?-show percentages of total desks each department is using(allocated/total)
-show percentages of desks used with in departments. (# use in department/total allocated to department) ie. Sales is using 10 of 20 desks

Ticket Submission pushes email notification
When an employee puts in a ticket through the mobile app, we would like an email notification sent to a select group of individuals within the organization without having to monitor the ticket page within the software. Currently email notifications are only sent when tickets are assigned. Thanks.

Updating a Space Type should not delete all associated space information.
Updating a Space Type should not delete all associated information - for example, if i change a space type from "Meeting 1 x1" to "Meeting Room", it should delete the capacity and name and sf, etc. that are associated with that space.....

Team would like to restrict hotel desks from being created within a certain threshold range (eg Can't book same day, can't book two weeks out)

Emergency Messaging
Given the fires that were (and some still are) raging in the PNW, and every companies' need to address DR (Disaster Recovery) and BC (Business Continuity) planning, there is a need for crisis/emergency messaging for many companies. Given SiQ's integration points, web, and mobile apps, it provides a unique opportunity for product dev. Being integrated with Active Directory, for example, could allow SiQ to build emergency messaging from the employer to staff, and for staff to mark themselves as safe/unsafe, request assistance, notify managers, etc. There are companies that building VERY robust solutions, that cost and include more than most…

A huge request is for the admins to be able to check employees in if the party is having an issue checking themselves in.
There needs to be option to check in on the behalf of employee's when they can not check in for themselves.

When an employee books a hotel desk in either the web or mobile app they will then be asked if they will need a parking space booked as well.
Parking spaces would be hotel desks assigned in parking lots.

Automatically create pins from specific polylined space types.

Draw Lines, to mark lease boundary, client space JV space etc.
Allow minimal drawing of lines that help us demarcate leased space from spaces not in contract, or show Joint Venture space vs. company space. Nothing complex, but beyond just placing pins/icons.

total seats
Have the ability to chose how total seats are calculated. This should be a flexible field where we can pick and chose what space types are considered our total seats ie capacity per floor. Currently, we only count workstation type pins as the capacity and total assignable seats.
