  3. Better highlight the seats already booked. Add initials of who booked the seat in the green dot. Set default to whole day instead of 05:45-06

  4. Allow users with the role "Viewer" to be able to update their own "Notes" field. This would allow for users to have a custom status associated with themselves on the floor map. They could enter things like, "On lunch", "Working from home today", or anything really. But only for themselves, not other users. Would allow for more user engagement within SpaceIQ. Right now if someone wants to put a custom note associated with themselves, they need to ask and admin to do it for them.

  6. I should be able to go to settings and set my default time slot.
    At the very least it shouldn't default back to 6am-6:15am every time I change day looking for a free desk.

  7. Make floor map visible to certain employees.
    We want to show employees only the floor they can sit in.
    Maybe adding for the user a primary floor and then making a checkbox in settings - Show Emploee can only his primary floor map.

  8. In notifications, can the employee's name be the first instead of the last? This seems to annoy some employees. "Hello (First Name) instead of "Hello (Last Name).

  9. Add a pin or icon for rooms equipped for Zoom/video meetings. Or the ability to change the green meeting room icons to blue or another color to identify different type of A/V equipment.

  10. It would be cool if a user could get directions from where they are to where they need to go, like from a cubicle to a conference room. The office I am in is huge and it would be helpful to see the best way to get to certain rooms, especially for new employees.

  11. For those employees with assigned seats, there should be a space where their manager or someone else can designate their schedule if they are hybrid. We have desks where they have two people assigned to it, we should be able to identify the days each person is coming into the office. And also for those desks, assigned to a single person, their schedule could be listed so their desk could be assigned out on non-scheduled days.

  12. Allow Department Admins to run reports, even if this was reduced to the Agile workplace reports this would be great. At present, Location Admins have too much power on the system. A company with a number of department managers this feature would be a massive help.

  13. When choosing booking date from calendar for some reason Sunday comes in first column as first day of the week. My Windows OS and Outlook have Monday setup as first.

    Please consider fixing this peculiar setting, as i booked Sunday desk twice until i realized what's going on

  14. When viewing your 'My bookings' list, it would be good to be able to see all information on the same screen. Currently, the specific space booked is partially hidden due to column width so when group bookings are assigned, I cannot view what space i am allocated

  16. Blocking some amount of desks from booking on specific dates or limiting booking capacity on specific dates might be very helpful and save a lot of admin's time - now the desks can be blocked only day by day.

  17. Hey!

    Awesome solution!

    Perhaps the tables that are booked can have visibility of who booked it and times they were booked.

    Right now, there seems to be a bug where tables appear booked but the are free after you click over and over again.

  18. I have 2 problems with how conference room bookings work. 1) I have assistants booking conference rooms for multiple managers. They are not able to see the bookings once complete. Is there a way to see conference bookings for everyone if your an admin in the Bookings Tab? 2) If someone books a conference room from Outlook, the time gets blocked out, they receive an email notification, but they don't see it in their individual Bookings in SIQ. Ty

  19. An integration with Microsoft Teams similar to your slack integration today where you can search for employees and meeting rooms and pull up the locations. Also booking a desk from Teams would be helpful.

  20. Currently under 'My Bookings' if the desk being booked under 'Space' is too long there is no way to see the desk you have booked. Hovering over this should reveal the whole text
