Custom Admin Roles
As an admin I would like to be able to select by checkbox list the privileges that an admin under me can have. This would allow the granting of access to location or department admins the ability to place spaces on a floor map or limit power admins to 1 or more locations.

I agree with all comments below, it would be great to be able to allow specific privileges to users that only need to see reporting or leases as an example, without assigning Admin or Power Admin roles. I've had Admins accidentally unseat people by mistake because they basically have full access when all they need to see is specific reports or building leases.

It would be great to be able to create any custom role with privileges selected by checkboxes.

Also--just allowing certain employees we assign to run booking reports is essential. We can't make them admins because they will edit their space planning.

I'd also like for privileges to be more customized, would be great to have a check list of items users can access, rather than pre-defined roles. Leases should have a separate admin permission. We don't want any office admins looking at leases--that's for corporate. Need users to be able to book on behalf of others without being a space captain with assigned departments. Notifications should go only to assigned admins. Our Developer doesn't need them but he needs admin rights to see how our API is syncing. In short I think Admin role needs a lot more customization. Thanks.

This would be great. Id like to be able to have lease data only viewable by a select few, not all admins on the system

As an admin users should be able to be provisioned to their roles in SiQ.
For example John is a facilities rep for his floor and I would like to provision him based on his title or role in my provisioning tool to SiQ. -

We would like an Admin right such that we can apply to others to ONLY give them permission to make reservations on behalf of others. However, in order to have this feature available at this time, users need to be given very high Admin rights.

This would also cut down on notifications unnecessarily going to admin users that are not affiliated to the notification. For example. IT dept needs the ability to fill in assets but don't necessarily need to be notified for anything operational.
Notifications such as project updates etc. -

Or be able to share with specific users, like other apps that have a share feature and you use the @ symbol to select who you want to share/collaborate with...

Agree - we are having to create generic accounts/employees with different/personal e-mails to be able to conduct internal training and only show the user what they will see.

Agree, I have employees who need location admin rights, but I don't want/need them to have access to the planning, forecasting/projections aspects for the location. It would be better to give full customization ability to system admins instead of forcing us to use pre-defined SIQ groups that do not apply to all situations/customers.

Allow Admin roles to edit department & team information for imported employees from Azure.

Encounter the same challenges. I use other apps where I'm able to impersonate a given user and perform tasks on their behalf, get the same user experience etc.

Agree. I would like to be able to be able to give certain users just access to view hoteling reports and/or schedule on behalf of others etc.

A role that is like a power admin but without the ability to import employees. (prevents any accidental imports)

This is a pain point for myself as well. I have to get a colleague to toggle me on/off as a Viewer to either create instructions or just see how features work compared to Admin levels...

As an admin, I'm not able to see what other User Experiences are by role. It would be very helpful to be able to use SiQ in other user roles in order to be able to better understand what they're seeing without having to actually change my user role, and ask another admin to change me back.

Often when working on strategic plans, information needs to be kept at a higher level due to confidentiality. It would be ideal to have a user role that is basically an Admin, but have added ability to create restricted access scenarios, etc.
